Excellent signing and i would love to see Dalton be given a chance to start with our OL and offensive weapons.

Dak's security just got smaller here and so did his upcoming paycheck IF we even sign it.

Excellent front office decision IMO.

Like this signing. We’ve all been screaming for a good veteran backup and now Magic Mike brings one in. Cooper Rush can finally go back to the practice squad or go home. This team is serious about making a Super Bowl run.

I like the Jameis Winston, 1 year for $1.1 million New Orleans got better.

I mean you want your backup QB to be a game manager who if your starting QB misses 4 games can sneak a win or 2 out of them. You typically do not want a gunslinger as your backup QB.

Other thing I love about this move.....................its insurance in case Dak wants to pull a Zeke go to Cabo until the team meets his demands.

Big Mike dont play that.

Yep. Insurance in case his demands remain outrageous or he doesnt show up.

Tweets like these sum up his supporters in a nutshell. Straight up delusional.

Stephen’s comment about signing him to the “right number” let the cat out of the bag
I imagine this move will cause dak to think about holding out of virtual workouts and practices should we be lucky enough to have them.

I am under no illusion that the Red Rocket hinders Prescotts’ career in Dallas at 32 years of age. I like to think of this as ‘double insurance’. He can start week one if Dak holds out and he can also come in if Dak gets injured without skipping a beat for the most part.

This is a good signing but in no way does it mean that Daks’ days are numbered.........
