Dak doesn't want more money. He actually wants less years. Only 4 instead of 5. So do you still want the Cowboys NOT to cave on that year demand?

33 million would make him one of the top QB's paid in the NFL. LOL

Well let me talk you down a little.

We still have a bad QB, a declining OL, no starting TE, a hodge podge DL of aging vets and suspended players, a MASH unit LB corp and a secondary in transition under the guidance of two inexperienced coaches.

I'm stoked too.

Great Move. Finally a very good QB 2 also brings Competition for Dak and Jerry shows him he will make moves if he doesnt take the Deal offered.

I wouldnt be shocked if Dak signs the Deal that was offered by the Cowboys quickly now.

Also dont have to worry that our Season is ruined IF Dak goes down. I wouldnt trust Rush or a 7th Round Pick neither to take over.

THIS will be what I watch closely as well. Dak carries a well earned reputation as a gamer and not so great practice player. Over the past few years, even strong pro Dak advocates here have attended training camps and pointed out that he doesn't always look extremely crisp in practice leading up to games.

He would never be one of those QBs that you hear so often about in training camp that "a ball never hit the ground, touting his uncanny accuracy, put it that way. Lol.

Will surely be interesting. He will have to out perform a guy who can actually throw instead of Cooper Rush and Mike White. It's gonna get good now. Long over due. The extent of MMs TRUE authority will be on full display.

Somehow I don't see the Cowboys(Jerry and Stephen) doing like Seattle did with Russell Wilson and that Flynn scenario after having given Flynn the 10 mil plus guaranteed assuming that Flynn would be the starter and Wilson the backup the year Wilson was drafted. But Wilson won the job out right to start by out performing Flynn in camp. Wonder who starts if Dak gets "out performed"? Lol.

Transparency, Honesty and Accountability are a rarity around these parts. It's a disease that has even taken over the fan base with all the pro Dak excuses. At least now we'll finally see. Get ya pop cone reddy!! Lol, love it

Id take Dalton over Kap for days. Now if we are looking at other options Id be down for Cam and would've been even more down for Winston. Whats your point?

Anthing over 20mil is too much for Dak. Heck, Dalton only made 17mil last year. Dalton is Dak with more experience. Let Dak pack.
