Accuracy for a QB? Well, Dak proved that over David Carr by a long shot. But laughing and horsing around in street clothes is really a better measure than actually playing QB, in pads, on the field, with pass rushers bearing down, right?

It's not a real game situation. It's silly to even have to explain this. But I understand that your refrigerator is running but the light's are off.

It was challenging because what Prescott was in workouts and practices wasn't what he is in games.

"I will tell you this about Dak," Jones said. "In practice, he does not throw it as accurately as he does in a game. That's been going on out here. It's not for lack of want to or effort. Why wouldnt you assume it was Dak throwing at the targets for hours. He certainly was practising every day as opposed to carr. geesh

That is fair but I think you have to take the long view as well. If Dalton were to play a full year as the Cowboys qb he would want a new contract in the same ballpark the following year. Then you would be paying basically the same money for an older (some would say worse) qb.
