Maybe they’ll load games 9-16 into as much warm weather locales as possible. Heat and sunshine kills the virus.

Maybe they’ll play games in empty or near empty stadiums at higher ticket prices, then CGI the rest of the crowd. Make each game a pay-per-View event. After all, this IS all about the Benjamins, ain’t it?

I am starved for sports... I figured I'd do this to pass the time. Give me your Cowboys schedule predictions (First road game, home opener, Primetime games (keep in mind they usually get 5), Thanksgiving, and Week 17 game:

First Game on the Road:
  • @ Rams 8:20 SNF- Jerry wants to be the first game there.
Home Opener:
  • Giants 4:25 FOX- they want to build Garrett returning to Dallas up. Also, Dallas has opened against the Giants at home for 5 years in a row.
Primetime Game:
  • @ Rams 8:20 SNF- Week 1 game. I think CBS has the 4:25 slot this year. Dallas either opens at 4:25 or they play PrimeTime
  • @ Eagles 8:20 SNF- usually at Primetime game. Their year to host.
  • Falcons 8:20 SNF- Dallas will probably get only one SNF game at home this year since they had two last year.
  • Cardinals 8:15 MNF- MNF is probably a home game this year. I'll go Kyler Murray's first trip to Dallas.
  • @ Seahawks 8:20 TNF-The Thursday Night game could be tough. I can see it being a home or away game. I'll go Seattle.
Thanksgiving Game:
  • Commanders 4:30 FOX- I want it to be the 49ers but why put that game when any game you put will get massive ratings.
Week 17
  • @ Commanders 1:00 FOX
Will be fun to see what everyone thinks. I plan on going to Cincinnati this year to watch Dallas.

Personally I hate when we play a division opponent 2x during the last few games, but happens. But to be honest, Washington has had some epically poor late seasons.

I think defensively they will be solid. Also think Ron will be good for their culture. But their offense will be a mess this year. I don't trust Haskins or Allen.

They cant really do another Giants opener can they?

Mix it up a little. My goodness. If they are worried about their ratings darling in Dallas, people watch opening week anyway.

I'd guess at LA Rams Sun night opening week, division game at home week two.

Bwahaha.....Cali Gov will not open up Cali for sports until there is a vaccine.
They either host the game, we host it, or they forfeit. Very simple since the COVID season will be over by then.

I'm hoping this season is one that brings the best out of our newfound staff and finds them enjoying a successful season. We've been waiting such a long time now to field a legitimate and contending team. I'm keeping my expectations humble in the hope that the new staff is comfortable in seeing that they're wholeheartedly welcome. They've evidently been doing well so far in making early preparations. McCarthy and staff has been a blessing.

Let's be patient with them and encourage them in any way we can. They'll have a tough job ahead of them to make the necessary adjustments to please a fanbase with somewhat lofty expectations. I hope we're willing to allow that to happen without permitting unreasonable expectations to become a burden. The success we've seen up to this point has been great. We've had the best draft we've seen in many years. All due credit to a job well done. ;)

Does that mean the roof will be open at AT&T in 100 plus degree weather?

The record will be 0-0.

I see no way California and New York allow football to be played this fall.

Hope to be wrong
