do we have Farve or Rodgers? and that's not a slight to Dak.

Even with favre and rodgers McCarthy lost playoff games (big games) to the same teams that beat us in some of our best years.

07 lost at home to the giants just like Dallas, same in 2011 just like Dallas in Week 17. Could seemingly never beat seattle nor figure out how to beat that defense.

The Cowboys and Eagles are the clear top two teams in the NFC East. Each has a quarterback that they believe in and each has a fan base confident that their team will come out on top in the division. The NFC East has yet to have a repeat champion since 2004. Will that trend continue?

Dallas is set to face the Eagles on November 1st for the first time this upcoming season under the bright lights that come with Sunday Night Football. Philadelphia came out on top over the Cowboys the last time that these two teams squared off in Philly. That win gave the Eagles the division and forced the Cowboys to spend their January on the couch.

Every divisional game is important and crucial when vying for a spot in the postseason. The matchup between these two hated rivals will be no different. The Cowboys will have a difficult task on their hands when going into Lincoln Financial Field in early November. Unlike the Cowboys, Philadelphia has continuity between their coaching staff and players and should be much healthier this season than last.

The Eagles added talented defensive backs Darius Slay and Nickell Robey-Coleman along with defensive lineman Javon Hargrave this offseason. Philly did part ways with safety Malcolm Jenkins in free agency. The team added a plethora of speedy receivers during draft weekend in Jalen Reagor, Marquise Goodwin, John Hightower, and Quez Watkins.

Dallas and Philadelphia will meet again towards the end of the 2020 regular season, but this game will set the tone in who will have the upper-hand in the NFC East race. The Cowboys would likely be in great shape if they pulled off the road win...

Did that last year with a bad coach and horrible kicker.

I wouldn't call a new HC little substance.

MM solves the notorious slow game starts - does he help better the run game - and i'd like to get a hint look at that defense which has been our issue
every passing year. Special teams should be much more improve as well as our new FG kicker
and we should have a much better game managing HC than Red Garrett .
:omg:

Dak gets injured at the end of a game 1 loss in the Rams new home.

Andy Dalton leads Dallas on an 8 game winning streak.
The last, a shootout between The Red Rifle and Big Ben
ending on a 42 yard TD pass down the seam to Blake Jarwin
on 4th and inches.

On Tuesday, Dak appears before the press and reads and revised
version of Tony Romo's meritocracy speech.

Dallas finishes out at 13-3 and, with Dalton at QB, and the number one seed,
lose to Tom Brady's Buccaneers in the divisional round... lol/smh

Now that the schedule is official what do you think?

This was rather difficult because my brain is conditioned after 10 years of the horrid Garrett choke era. I am skeptical of all good teams. So much disappointment and underachievement.

The key for me will be the Dline. I think it can be a top unit but some things need to go our way. And how will the young secondary play out? Going to be some growing pains early.

I had myself realistically at 10-6. Coaching is going to determine anything beyond that. IF the defense becomes top 8-10 and MM makes a big difference, then I could see another game or two.
