Law on this list is a real indictment on the DE history or a mistake. Guy is a good player. Nothing more. Garrett, given the talent level through his tenure, is the worst coach in team history.

Who would you put instead of him up there?

Garrett is not better than Campo, Wade, Gailey or even the freaking janitor!!!!!!!!! Blasphemy!

oops ...damn and i forgot about Wade Phillips.
At least he brought his own Defense in on a couple winning seasons while Switzer rode the backs all the coordinators and players here.

Spot on. Here's my TE's.
Witten
Novacek
Dupree
Cosbie
Ditka

i thought about Ditka as he became a Hall of Famer ... but was he more on the winding down side of his career here in Dallas.. vs what he was in Chicago ?

Ditto with TE Jackie Smith (also a hall of famer) and his killer end zone drop in SB ?

Any of them. Switzer certainly. Rather have Gailey. Maybe Wade. Could argue Campo. I truly think Garrett was the worst coach in team history. Had a good QB playing at or near Pro Bowl levels for 8.5 of his almost 10 seasons. Guy made 3 playoffs and had 2 wins.

I was speaking about Lawrence.

And I disagree about Garrett. You want to see clueless go look at Switzer, Gailey and Campo. Wade is debatable though. I think he was clueless too but he was better coaching that defense than Garrett has been on offense.
