We are keeping Judd Garrett?

Imagine if you and your brother worked at the same company and your brother was fired. That means you should be as well?

Does that make sense to you?

Depending on the proximity, perhaps the brother shouldn’t have been hired in the first place. I work for a large company with my siblings, but the company has often gone out of their way to ensure we don’t work too close to each other while allowing proper developmental opportunities.

:lmao2::lmao2: so wrong

Judd department has been exceptional

Yes, Garrett's parents made the odd choice to name the first twin Jason and the 2nd twin Jason Jr.

Jr developed an intense hatred towards Jason; although, he routinely calls and begs Jason to hire him.

Jr: "Jason, I have coaching expertise now. I've been coaching Jr. Jr.'s peewee team. Did you get those plays that I faxed over?"

What’s really amazing is 5 pages about someone in the scouting depth
I bet 95% of people here couldn’t name 2 of our scouts lol

I would never hire that piece of crap! And, he did have the Cowboys playing like a peewee team for the last 10 years!

Sorry Jr. Quit trying to impersonate your successful multimillionaire brother...

Never fear, for some reason the other day I was looking into that and found this:
https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...-prospects-fill-pro-day-void-during-pandemic/

Here's a caption under a photo from the article:

abilene-christian-tracy-james.jpg

Abilene Christian RB Tracy James performs broad jump in front of former Browns scout Bob Morris (with pipe) and former Cowboys director of pro scouting Judd Garrett at an assisted pro day March 24 at Plano West High School in Plano, Texas

:flagwave:

If he’s the former Cowboys director of pro scouting, then why is he currently wearing Dallas official team clothing in that photo?

You can tell from the color of his shirt and cap that they are very likely team merchandise.

I don’t know too many former employees in any industry that wear clothing from their old job.

Take note that the article repeatedly mentions "ex-scouts" working with players.
