I watched this video last night that LawNation posted and wanted to share it.. I know most of us are over talking about the freckled puppet but this video is a MUST SEE and has inside info that validates everything. (WATCH THE FIRST 30 MIN's)

Jesse Holley goes on to talk about Garrett's insecurities and how he pushed the narrative to fault of being the smartest guy in the room. In fact, he also said that the most NFL players are alpha males and see through someone whom is fake and this is why the team didn't sell out to win week after week. He believes that the players just didn't buy Jason Garrett as an authenticate leader of men. Basically, they all knew he was phony as a coach and this is why they ultimately failed under his tenure.

So much great stuff here to see and unfiltered! One of the best interviews I've seen.

I can't get any sound from the video.... what does he say???

We all know Garrett wasn't an effective coach, but Holly was a minimally talented player that no other team even considered worthy of a practice squad spot and only barely sniffed the sidelines, much less the playing field, during his very brief stint with the Cowboys - and all he saw was the first 1 1/2 years of Garrett's time as head coach. Far and away most players have said they respect Garrett personally, even if they recognize he wasn't as effective as he needed to be as a coach.

Yes, I never will argue in regards to players respecting Garrett the person, heck I respect Garrett the person I've seen as well, but having said that, the players could see that he wasn't qualified to coach the team so Garrett as a coach gave them no advantages.

Yep...………...FRAUD was one of my biggest words for him. Garrett was a total and complete fraud.

Why does it take 7 minutes for anything to happen? So weird. I figured it would be easy to clip the 7 minutes out and just start the video.

Ooooooohh......oooohhhhh Jesse Holley. Won a reality tv show to get the 80th spot and a rookie contract with the Cowboys. Wasn't all surprising with TO gone and Irvin's backing.

And what an amazing career! Two years, 7 receptions, 169 yds, 0 TDs. Two punt returns for 17 yds.

He had more dirt on Garrett, than TDs! He had more dirt on Garrett than the law allows and was dropped after an illustrious two year career. Sounds like someone who would say anything to get a spotlight.

His stats don't invalidate his experiences with Garrett.

The fact that he was only with Garrett as head coach for his first 1 1/2 years minimizes his comments though. An opinion based on 1 1/2 years with a guy that wasn't giving you the playing time you wanted isn't really an objective opinion on Garrett's career. I also believe his opinion is minimized by the fact that far and away most players at least say they respect Garrett as a person even if they feel he fell short as a coach. There is also a question of whether he is exaggerating somewhat to help sell his radio show. The more soap opera he can surround that with, the more attention his show will get.

Before anyone starts the silly "Garrett Lover" nonsense, I was fully on board with letting him walk, and had been for a couple of years. But this all we know Holly's comments to be based on is a personality conflict, which naturally will happen in the NFL, as it does with all other occupations, and with limited exposure to Garrett as a head coach, and possibly some ulterior motives.

Hell, no NFL team did. Other teams didn't even keep him on the practice squad.

Okay man, look, Jesse's comments hold more weight than that of most of ours on this forum since he not only played for the man but has quite a few close ties to the organization and players. What Jesse says about Garrett isn't some sort of revelation it's what most of us whom are in tune with human nature could see easily when gazing into garret's puppet eyes..

Jimmy and the Tuna are HOFers. "Big Mike" hasn't earned those stripes yet. I hope he does in Dallas.

Considering his record at Green Bay. If he maintains the same overall winning percentage and either wins or gets to a super bowl with the cowboys. He may get his jacket to be honest.

Autopsy on the Garrett Era 2013 thru end of contract is going to be brutal.
