I don't think most here expect to see Dak go anywhere. He's smart enough to know he is the luckiest man in football to be the Cowboys quarterback.
But he's just not ready for big money, and perhaps by incentivizing his contract, he can get the big money while getting better. He deserves more than he's been paid, but he's just not at the point at which he deserves to automatically receive the big money when he has failed to deliver so often.
SO, guarantee him $20 million per year for two years, and give him an additional $5 million for winning the division. Give him an additional $2 million for each playoff win if he starts and wins. And $6 million if he wins the Super Bowl as the starter.
Dak seems to believe that he is entitled to a huge contract, but he hasn't earned one.
I just think it's only fair that he be given the opportunity to earn what he's asking for while showing us that he isn't out for a free ride.
This would eliminate the statistical battle, and put the onus on him to deliver.
I think it's fair.
NFL starting QB’s don’t have incentive laden contests. Ik fact, they are moving in the opposite direction. Most guaranteed money then ever

A proposal such as the one you describe results in the agent hanging up on Stephen and then issuing a press release saying the cowboys have insulted his client and they are now requesting a trade.

Now, if that’s your plan, I’d say you’re on to something

Why even offer 20M guaranteed?

How about

1M for every win during the season
5m for every playoff win
And another bonus of 10m if he wins the super bowl

I mean, if he goes undefeated and wins the super bowl he can make over 40m this year

Sounds fair
Why stop there?

Also write into the contract that he has to work as a deckhand on Jerry’s yacht, “swabbing the decks”, and work as Stephen’s personal valet and chauffeur.

mid we’re going to insult the guy, why bother half stepping it

Just go front he straight up troll offer

Serious question for three Dak doubters/haters or whatever word you want to use.

Do you think Dak salary has been fair the first 4 years in the league..... as the starting QB of America's Team...... which was less than backups make?

This idea is predicated in getting Prescott and his agent white girl wasted on White Claw...

His salary fit his draft position and that is all that Dak or the team had to go on. The worst mistake the team can make is to overpay him for because he played better than the average 4th round pick. Dak would have never raked in all the endorsement pay if he wasn’t in Dallas.

That's funny, because I don't know how it is even possible to get wasted on white claw, that's like drinking 3.2 old Milwaukee back in the day...lol

I can't disagree with anything you said however I do think we disagree on what he is worth.

What has he done to deserve it?

He’s whatever and whatever as a starter.
Fighting for division titles year after year.
Threw for a **** ton of yardage last year.
Do you even Twitter? He’s the most accurate QB.

He needs to change his middle name to Brinks.

Didn’t know that....lol.

Old Milwaukee... now that’s some interesting stuff. I went to school in Milwaukee. We didn’t even touch that. Miller, PBR, Bud Light or Busch Light.... that’s mostly what the kegs were full of.

If we had a private party, we’d get a keg of Leinie’s.

That's good stuff right there, nobody in their right n=mind would even buy a case of old Milwaukee these days, the micro brew industry destroyed and eliminated those original
breweries, kind of a shame, but that is progress,, kind of like Pollard becoming a 4-5 wr, but the behind the times in this forum having a difficult time understanding transgression.

He's a starting QB in the league, he's just an average dude. Once better QB's like Mahomes and Waton get their deals in the $40 million per year range, he should probably get somewhere between $25-$30 million per.
