When LeBron last played football in high school, his coach timed him at a 4.4 40. And LeBron was a 6'8" 260 pound tank even back then.

IMO, the dude is a generational athlete whose talent simply transcends sports. No, he wouldn't have the faintest clue of what he would be doing as a WR or TE. Yes, he could still be a 1,000 yard receiver at either spot.

He is a freak specimen but he wasn’t 260 in high school. And I doubt he ran a 4.4. Never know how he could handle a safety or LB lighting him up at full speed.

His knees would give out? LeBron has been playing basketball professionally and playing 82 games since he was 18 years old. You guys are talking out of your arse. If you want to say he wouldn’t be a good football player that’s fine but your argument is his body? Please.
.

Can't stand Lebron personally but there is no denying that he is one of the greatest athletes ever.

I do, however, think that at 6'9" his knees would be a huge target. Not saying he would not have been a great player, players with his height have played in the TE positions. Gronk is 6'6". Pope is 6'8"

He chose the right sport for sure though. Easy decision!

Lmao these dudes really think Lebron isn’t a better All around athlete than those guys?

Non of theses athletes have the endurance and toughness of the players that play in the NHL. NFL,NBA,and MLB are country club sports compared to hockey. No load management or waving to be taken out of the game for these gladiators

And to think, Jerry could have wasted the career of another world-class athlete, miring him in the mediocrity of his personal fantasy football team. He came so close, so very close.

Many times an argument can be settled by the use of common sense. Ergo, how many nba players have gone on to become nfl stars? Lebron. Karl malone. Rodman. Dawkins
Chamberlain. There is a reason they stay in the nba where they belong.

I’m Canadian and I’ll tell you right now. Hockey is physically demanding but you’re gliding most of your shift and your shift is 30 seconds to 45. Average ice time for a a starting center in the NHL is like 24 minutes total for a game. Soccer players play for 90 and have cardio that rivals any sport. And don’t let the Brazilian national team fool you. Soccer is very physical.

Undoubtedly? Really? Lol. My personal opinion is I want guys with heart and killer instinct. Not guys who leave a team with cramps in the playoffs.

Lebron has only played 82 games once in his career. Only 3x has he even played 80 in a season. he's got to have those days off.

The practice sessions that hockey players undergo is a hurdle that most of the other Major Sports athletes could never get through
Wind sprints in hockey would kill most of them.

And yes, the dives taken in soccer are legendary......he needs a helmet

8 straight Finals appearances with 3 titles.

7 MVPs total.

3rd on the all-time scoring list... on 50% FG, despite being a pass-first player whose court vision is among the best we’ve ever seen.

He did all that without “heart and killer instinct”?

Yep, top 3 all-time. You may think you can name 3 players who are better, and you’d be wrong.

Great player and passer but I don’t believe he is a pass-first player. Due to his longevity he may hold all the stats records but nothing he does can move him above MJ in my eyes. My list I probably have him # 3 behind MJ and KAJ. He is a physical freak and all time great but doesn’t mean you have to like him.

Why not? Another act for the Big Top. Most likely, nothing but promotional but the Cowboys would be the team to do that.

I think they should have talked Andre the Giant into a stint at DT. And how about that guy that played The Mountain on Game of Thrones, that guy can bench press a village.

Trust me I’m not disagreeing. But I’ve played both. And soccer is much more demanding on the cardio front. Some of these guys are running 30 km a game. Lol. And I mean running. Hockey players glide a lot. Still demanding but 24 mins of skating is not as demanding as 90 plus minutes of running.
