For only playing 3 years as QB for the Dallas Cowboy, Quincy had some nice highlight throws and sure could sling it. Great to see some of the weapons at receiver he had during those 3 years. Notice how there were 2 different players at different positions to wear #88. Also, notice the rookie TE who made his first career TD grab from Quincy back in '03. Fun video highlight to watch. Hope you enjoy it.

You truly are pathetic if you have any type of love for Quincy Carter. I will 100% lose all respect for you. Tell me you are NOT this bad? Much depends on your answer.

Georgia fans were VERY HAPPY when Quinthay left Georgia. Cowboy fans were VERY HAPPY when Q-ball left the Cowboys. He sucked and was dumb.

I'd forgotten the immortal Jackie Harris wore #88, keeping the tradition alive that now will be forced on to Lamb.

Paying attention to some of the easily forgettable names in that video should remind you just how good a job Parcells did with that 2003 team.

Some really down times in 01 and 02. Quincy threw a pretty deep ball but he really couldn't play the position. It's a shame he threw away a real chance at developing and getting better though because of off the field stuff.

Parcells and an excellent staff turned it around in 03. Would have been interesting had Parcells been able to land Dan Henning, Jake Delhomme and Stephen Davis as he planned.

Parcells' downfall in Dallas was how he treated the QB position. He went with Quincy Carter. All you gotta see/understand.

Quincy really was excelling under Parcells who actually like him and Q put in the work that got the Cowboys to return to the playoffs after the Campo the Clown and Jerry Dumbo GM years. But....

I just love the highlight films of a player and to read the comments on how people forgot how good he was.

The reason you forgot was Quincy did not have a great arm. He threw more wounded ducks that spirals. Billy Kilmer was like Troy Aikman compared to Quincy. Quincy did show flashes, then he would be like a turtle and pull back into his shell of below average.

The threads on Dak and the back and forth were nothing like the threads on Quincy which were well deserved. If the boards were not controlled by mods, any given Cowboy message board would be organizing fist fights over Quincy.

In the final analysis, he failed.

Quincy is like an ex wife who was sort of pretty and slept with all your friends while you were at work. One the same nights of the week. You can look back fondly when you find her picture and remember when you first fell for her.

But event eventually you recall how she was nothing like you thought.

And I was a Quincy fan for the first couple of years. Up until that Cardinal game where he got into a shouting match with Jerry on the sidelines and benched. Then that story came ouyt and I never had respect for this player again.

I read all of that. But all I'm going to remember from it is... you married a freak. You still got her number? Or know where she's staying now? --JK
