After the 45 Million per year demand, Rayne Dakota threads will be there as well

It is not $ 45 million per year, it's the 5th year and would average out to $ 37 million per year over 5 years. I think Dak and the Cowboys should tie the knot at $ 36 million over 5 years.

I was at basic training then subsequently deployed overseas and basically missed all of the 2002-03 seasons. I caught a few games, but I missed most of Quincy's short stint in Dallas. It's crazy how long Jason Witten has been playing.

This should be exciting. Not hard to tell it’s been a long offseason.

You truly are pathetic if you have any type of love for Quincy Carter. I will 100% lose all respect for you. Tell me you are NOT this bad? Much depends on your answer.
So you are denying Quincy could sling the football, even though the video shows he did? I could care less if you respect me or not, personally. I'm not here to be your girlfriend. Nor am I here to tell you to like Quincy Carter. I'm simply entertaining the masses during this debilitating covid-19 offseason.

Scroll to 1:40 to see Drew Henson's highlight reel for the Cowboy's.

Don't watch the part at 1:23...just don't.

All you are doing is showing everyone what a total clueless homer you are. But if people laughing in your face is entertainment to you, then so be it.

And no, Quincy Carter sucked. He was a total and complete joke of a QB as was any loser that supported him.

Thanks for clarification on that contract amount..........but I think a divorce is a better option

I really liked watching QC play. I seem to recall he got into some sort of trouble and he was instantly cut. Don't recall what it was, and i do recall that i agreed with. But it would have been nice to see him play a few years under Parcells to see what he might have been able to do.

QC did have some great recievers...Rocket, Glen, Bryant, Galloway and Witten.

Yeah, people forget that the 2003 team was pretty loaded offensively with Galloway, Glenn, Bryant, Witten and Anderson. Except Hambrick was RB1. Either should have kept Emmitt or brought in/drafted someone better than Hambrick who was terrible. He had some nice games, but the OL, WRs and TEs were very, very strong.

Cocaine. Aside from that, at best I don't think he was ever going to be anything more than a bottom end starter or solid back up.

He had failed a drug test (not the first one), and was about to be suspended for the first 4 games of 2004. Parcells didn't want to deal with that at the most important position. QC, as other posters had pointed out, also didn't deal well with the signing of Testaverde or Henson. But, if QC doesn't get cut, then Romo does, and Romo never makes it to the practice squad. Wild.

I always enjoy these highlight reels where they leave out the cheesy background music and let us experience the original audio.

Parcells winning 10 games and earning a playoff berth in 2003 was one of the finest coaching achievements in Cowboys history.

Post-Giants Parcells was always weirdly inconsistent as a coach honestly. It's like the better the team he built the worse job he did coaching it.

For only playing 3 years as QB for the Dallas Cowboy, Quincy had some nice highlight throws and sure could sling it. Great to see some of the weapons at receiver he had during those 3 years. Notice how there were 2 different players at different positions to wear #88. Also, notice the rookie TE who made his first career TD grab from Quincy back in '03. Fun video highlight to watch. Hope you enjoy it.

:starspin: GO COWBOYS!!!!! :starspin:

Really, bro?

Has it come to this.?

Next we'll be discussing the coin flip Dak called wrong and almost gave the other team the ball twice in a game.

I can't stand it.

Let me go find Clint Longley's highlight tape.

never had a run game, but I'd bet he'd give Dak a run for his money if he was playing on the current team.

Just like when Dak throws I held my breath when QC was throwing off camera. Don't miss those days though, McNabb and the Eagles always seemed like they enjoyed playing us because they'd win by 30.

For the record, Dak didn't call the coin flip wrong at all. You simply fell for the lies the anti-Cowboys media was spewing.

Oh my goodness..

now I have heard it all.

Go watch You Tube and refresh yourself.

Troy Aikman made the call. He mis informed the refs of his choice to kick or receive and faced the wrong direction.

It's clearly his goof. But if you need to rewrite it to fit your post..

Got cha.

I'm a fair guy. I accept your apology for being wrong. We Dak Haters are just soft pudgy blokes anyway.

But I respect you taking the bullet for Dak.
I on the other hand would take his phone number and call the next of kin and wish him good luck.

Hahaha..
