I have inside info that Irving is definitely coming back this year and playing, it's a done deal, but he would never consider the Cowboys organization again. You will see him with another team 100%. If you want to know where the info comes from it's his trainer Brandon Smith.

I have never seen a place with more "insiders" than this one.

Damnit. Why not the Cowboys? I thought his issue was with Garrett, specifically.

Apparently it's the organization as whole. Could have something to do with how things were handled with Jerry not completely sure, but I can tell
you his trainer is working with him as I type this and confirmed that it's an absolute no go coming back to our beloved cowboys. You will see
him play again though as long as he is reinstated that you count on. If you want to watch the video where Brandon talks about this
here is the video...

Whenever David Irving topic is brought up, i still see those that think its about marijuana substance abuse why he is not on this team anymore.

But it's not his weed issues or suspensions, it's been reported that the team that includes coaches, trainers, management and even teammates
that have questioned if Irving likes football - is he dedicated to the game and if football is important to him .. or is he simply a paycheck player.
Is he just content with just cruising and getting by for sake of a Tuesday pay check, instead of preparing himself to be one of the best in the game ?

Does Irving only approaches the game in according to his motivation. is he willing to play thru pain ? is showing up for practice mean anything to him ?
is persistent fines mean anything to him ?

Bottom line, this team wants players that love football - and that's where the question ...and the drawing line is as far as the Cowboys are concerned
with Irving.

Reached for his comment, Mike McCarthy said "I'm supposed to care about David Irving.... why exactly?"

Irving was my favorite player to watch when he played. The guy was so dominant that I feel he could've had an HOF career if he played 10 years with his head straight. He was 1 year away from getting a massive pay day from some team.

Out of all coaches in the league,, Mike McCarthy would know best why he should care about bringing back David Irving. Remind him of that 2016 regular season match-up.

Why? Cause he got suspended for something that is now legal?

He is one concussion away from getting his food through a straw and he was a knucklehead in college - you know, destroying public property at the very school that was giving him a free ride to the NFL.

He's a dope.

Talented but he’s not passionate about the game. He chose to leave, way different than Aldon and Randy trying their hardest to fight their demons to get back.
He kept getting suspended for weed and he finally said **** and if they ever did away with the dumb drug policy he might return. I’m good with adding a top 3 DT for bottom 3 money.

Who cares, he’s a top 3 DT when he’s playing. We’ve all done dumb **** in college and even after that. Who cares

LOL a top 3 DT that no one has fought to sign. Right dude, that's totally not a homer take at all.

No, no we have no all done dumb crap in college and then continued said dumb crap in our professional careers. We are also all not playing violent sports for a living while having blackouts and crashing our cars.

He's damaged goods and a bonehead. Let it go, move on.

I guess you haven’t been a fan for the past 6 years or you woulda seen him play and completely impact games. He’s won us many games on his own. Guys a stud when out there

it's fake.

Or let's hope so.

This is reminding me of the Dave Campo era.

This stuff has to be coming from Jerrah.

He just always has to have some crazy experiment going one to make us better for nothing.

We already have Aldon Smith and Gregory.

Enough.

He had a season with 7 sacks three years ago and quit the team. If he was hungry and motivated, I would definitely give him another shot. But if he really is making these statements that he will only play for a different team it really doesn't look like anything has changed and I doubt McCarthy cares at all.

3 of those sacks came against McCarthys packers in one of the most dominant single game performances I’ve ever seen from an interior linesman. So maybe?

He was inconsistent as a player, apparently you have a short term memory.

How many more times do I have to say this: The dudes brain is so damaged, he blacks out now. He specifically said this was one of the reasons he retired and why he needed DA WEED. He's done.

Alright, the guy was a kook. Played really good in stretches. But doesn't want to be on the Cowboy team.

Doesn't belong in this forum.

Secondly, me being the rabid Cowboy fan that I am, he quit the team, turned his back on them. Screw him. FWIW I kinda felt the same about Witten.
