Never was a big fan but great to see some of those other players. I feel bad for guys like Flozell "The Hotel" Adams who were stuck on some of the worst teams in our franchise's history.

Oh my goodness..

now I have heard it all.

Go watch You Tube and refresh yourself.

Troy Aikman made the call. He mis informed the refs of his choice to kick or receive and faced the wrong direction.

It's clearly his goof. But if you need to rewrite it to fit your post..

Got cha.

I'm a fair guy. I accept your apology for being wrong. We Dak Haters are just soft pudgy blokes anyway.

But I respect you taking the bullet for Dak.
I on the other hand would take his phone number and call the next of kin and wish him good luck.

Hahaha..

WTH, Red? Understand English much?

This video clearly shows how Dak properly said at the end of the coin toss how the Cowboys "deferred" the won toss and would be willing to kick off to the Rams to start the game so that the Cowboys would receive the football to start the 2nd Half! Even the league officials in New York agreed that Dak and the Cowboys called the coin flip correctly. It was the referee who got it wrong. SMH

Might want to ease up on the hatred and pay better attention to what was actually said old buddy. lol

I was at basic training then subsequently deployed overseas and basically missed all of the 2002-03 seasons. I caught a few games, but I missed most of Quincy's short stint in Dallas. It's crazy how long Jason Witten has been playing.

the 03 season was magical. If you haven't you should go back and rewatch all the games for the pure joy of seeing a once proud organization be rebuilt by competent people.

It ended on a saturday night in Carolina in the wild card round but it was a fantastic magical season.

Q was really drafted into a horrible situation. Jerry was at his worst at that time. That team was an absolute mess before Parcells got to town.

Parcells' downfall in Dallas was how he treated the QB position. He went with Quincy Carter. All you gotta see/understand.

they lowballed Jake Delhomme. They thought he would cave to their contract and he didn't....the same way romo would not 3 years later.

It would be really interesting to know what would have happened that season with Delhomme.....and of course stephen davis at RB and then Dan Henning running the offense.

Parcells once upon a time agreed to a contract with the packers during the 1991 playoffs and was set to bring Dan Henning along with him to run his offense......Parcells backed out at the last minute and they hired Mike Holmgren, then traded for Brett Favre.....History could be so different.

Would belichick have ended up in GB after Parcells if he decided to leave? What would have happened to Favre? What about the Patriots? Tom Brady?

anyway, parcells couldn't get Hennning out of his contract in Carolina and Delhomme signed in Carolina and so did stephen davis.

What is Dak's record against the Eagles? o_O

I'll wait.
are you crazy? Why are you comparing a team that Dak contributed to winning a Super Bowl to a team from the early 2000s where we were constantly getting whooped on?

You take a direct comparison to offensive firepower and somehow turn it into "which eagles team is better"...that's a crazy jump.

Oh, did I like Antonio Bryant. I thought he was the next 88. Q.Carter wasn't as horrible as people think. Besides Parcell's wasn't asking for greatness from his QB. Richie Anderson...that's how you use a fullback. Still can't believe we went 10-6 with Carter at QB and Troy Hambrick as our RB. We had some bad luck when Cowboy Stadium first opened up, but I enjoyed those highlights.

that was some kind of coaching job....Quincy and Hambrick....playoffs....

Please tell how Dak contributed to an Eagles team winning a Super Bowl. What a crazy thing to say.

All you are doing is showing everyone what a total clueless homer you are. But if people laughing in your face is entertainment to you, then so be it.

And no, Quincy Carter sucked. He was a total and complete joke of a QB as was any loser that supported him.
The only one looking like a loser is you. Trust me, I could rip you a good one, but you're not worth it. Enjoy your misery.

I knew Quincy Carter sucked from day 1. LOL

Oh yah, the great Quincy Carter and his rocket arm. LOL

Is that why his nickname was AFLAC? He was just rocketing those ducks around right?

Anyone that thought Quinfy had talent has no clue about football.

PLEASE PLEASE rip me a good one. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Carter had a good arm, quick feet, and a good deep ball. He could have been a decent starting NFL QB.
But he is history.

It is great to see the highlights, and when you see him throw TDs, he looks great. But as someone who was present during the QC era, it was not pretty. The "low lights" and turnovers were what I remember.
