This is not a valuation of what Dalton brings in per se stats.
There is bad blood. Why? Because Dak seems greedy. Yes. b!ood. More bad blood than between Mo Greenberg and the Corleones.

It's easy to forget how talented the Bengals were earlier in Dalton's career. Jim Harbough even called them "the most talented team in the league". Just read some articles from around that period, like this one, in which it says:

"The Bengals are one of these teams that has elite talent at almost every position except the most important position in the game."
Dont forget they basically had the AFC's version of Garrett

That doesn't make any sense either. Andy Dalton's starting salary will begin at Tannehill...who is making 30m a year. This nonsense that Dalton is going to play for 3m is so crazy you just have to laugh...

So no it is not Dak at 35 or 45 million vs Dalton at 3 million...
It is Dak at 35 million or Dalton at 30 million (maybe).
Well I didn't argue for Dalton, but I’ll play
Maybe you can explain what the heck you're talking about
Dalton already signed
If Dalton started everygame this year and played well, he’d make 7 mil....otherwise its 3 mil.
Either way, its nowhere remotely near 30

Dalton did sign--A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

Quarterbacks don’t just change who they are regardless of talent. It’s never happened.

What? That's just not so. If that's the case, it would seem the Cowboys are wasting some mighty good draft picks doing so for Dak!

Let me clarify.....I Should've said 32 year old quarterbacks don't change who they are. I could be wrong but I tried to go down a list of quarterbacks who had mediocre careers throughout their prime and then turned 32 and got better. Maybe you know some guys I'm missing? If Dalton was Dak's age I'd agree with you on Dalton.

There's no question that the level of support Andy had from the Bengals was terribly inept.

Aside from that, 32 isn't that old for a QB. I'm thinking he'll do better under C for the 'Boys.

By the looks of things, however, it would take an injury for the FO to replace Dak with him.

At this point. I'll take Dalton. Not because of play, because of attitude.

I am all for players making the coin. But, c'mon. Dak got offered "allegedly" a 5 yr, 175 million dollar deal? 35 million annually? 106 million up front? Plus, his endorsements, as well as what other "incentives" were thrown in the contract.. How much more do you need? Ridiculous what these players get paid. But, the money is out there. And, no I wouldn't hold out if offered this much if I were in his shoes. So save it.

At this point. Let Dak test the market. The moronic teams (Rams, Eagles, Vikings) have already over paid for their QB's, all which aren't better than Dak. na nah... Course, they tagged him. so. I don't know. It's all just crap..
