My library is finally doing curbside pickup of materials that were on the hold shelf when they closed, so I was able to get Yellowstone.

It's definitely not a feel-good story. Lots of violence and death and murder and human branding and political manipulations and coverups. And that was just the first 3 episodes. So far there is no good guy.

It's well written and well acted, and interesting. I'll keep watching.
Don't worry, you get to see the son's hot wife almost nekkid.

Did you watch the "Ready Room" after each episode, in which Wil Wheaton interviews producers and cast members, etc.? He's an absolute dork, but he's a pretty good interviewer, and asks very good questions.
I believe so, but it's been a while.

As for Wil Wheaton. He catches a lot of flack, but I didn't hate him on the show. In person he is actually pretty cool. He used to have blogs and vlogs about gaming and stuff he used to put up on Youtube etc.

I liked him as Wesley Crusher, but when you watch him doing interviews, he's a total dweeb. I like him, he seems like a good guy, he's just very nerdy. But my point was that he asks really good questions that draw very insightful responses from his guests. When you watch Ready Room, you realize the magnitude of the effect Star Trek has had on the real world, and you get a better understanding of how important it is to everyone involved in the shows.

Just finished Goliath what a great show

:yourock:
Is the entire series on Prime, including the last and final season they will ever produce (Season 4) if I read it correctly?

I don’t like starting series until they are completely done so I stay interested and can bing watch it.

I just finished watching Trial by Media on Netflix. Nothing groundbreaking if you know the stories but it was interesting. Each episode is stand alone so it's a good filler if you want to kill some time. I thought the first episode was the best. It's about the guy who murdered someone who he appeared on the Jenny Jones show with.

Amazon Prime has every season of The Carol Burnett Show....though it seems not full episodes, at least not all of them.

Watched "Space Force" last night and thought it was OK, had some good moments and the pairing of Carrell and Malkovich is really good.

I did read a dead on review this morning and the point made about how rocky the start of "The Office" and "Parks and Rec", same creators, and that both had to get up to speed with the character development and this has more characters than those two combined. And I want to know more about the arsonist they sent to the moon, he's an early on favorite.

These guys have struck gold every time so I am looking forward to the next season to see where they take this.

Agreed with your takes. Malkovich sarcastic tones and quips were cracking me up.

On a side note. I probably missed it but did it ever say why the one character was sent to prison.

We are not supposed to know yet, they say it gives her(Kudrow) character mystery, they throw hints in. I am not far enough in to decipher it yet.

No, but I heard "gang" mentioned and their code seems to be "Book Club". I am thinking they'll flashback on that as at least an episode.

Steve Carrell is the best at delivering funny lines seriously since Pater Sellers.

Started watching Filthy Rich, the doc on Epstein and while there are far too many still shots of him and they do not seem to have shot enough footage, it is mind boggling to watch this degenerate get away with what he did for as long as he did and just how far reaching this was. The "pyramid scheme" of acquiring girls is shocking. Evidently, I just skimmed over the details when he was busted.

Saw yesterday, it has not been renewed yet for a 2nd season. I broke my own damn rule, I seldom watch anything the first year unless I am pretty sure it's going beyond the maiden season. I just assumed with the people involved, they would renew it. The critics panned it but the viewers gave it a 76% approval rating.

Follow up on this, I finished it last night and am back to being as pissed as I was when this story broke.

There are so many things wrong with this but it does show all it takes is one person, in this case the judge, to set things on the right path and restore faith in the system. At least partial faith, there's still dbags in power positions that committed crimes against minors that will never see the inside of a cell.

Watched 'Lovebirds' on Netflix. One of those where the trailer is funnier than the movie. 5 out of 10. Some funny parts but overall.. just meh!

I watched the first episode so far. Man, he and everyone he ever hung out with with should wiped off the face of the Earth immediately. Everyone that protected him. EVERYONE I mean SERIOUS SCUMBAGS. All of them. That lady / girlfriend of his, the prince or whatever he is over in England. All of them.
