So nearly 1/3 of CZ members are brain-dead idiots.

Sounds about right.

give me this guy

So the argument comes full circle.....the Dak Haters Club (Associate Members - be default) will say that there's nothing wrong with his stats and he's one of the top QB's in the NFL, however:
1) Even with a new coaching regime are we a SB team...cant blame everything on Garrett.
2) Are we a better team with money spent on defence?

Lets get rid of the ponderables….play Dak on the Franchise Tag, under M and N and see whether the Haters Club Associate Members are willing to give him a mega deal.

I don't think 32 is old. I just think at 32 years old you aren't getting better.

And I can't say the Bengals talent was inept. He had some players around him. Especially AJ Green in his prime. You can say last years team was inept and maybe the year before. But Dalton had a solid team around him earlier in his career.
He had everything they claim Dak has but Dalton had a legit top 3-5 WR plus a better defense and special teams.

Problem is, if Dalton plays 16 games this year he gets 7 million......... what's happening after this season. Dalton will be asking 35 million plus a year. These Dak haters/ doubters aren't thinking more then this year or any way possible to get Dak gone

Looking at 2019 is very convenient if you're looking for ways to elevate Dalton. How about those glorious first five years where he carried the lowly Bengals to the playoffs, at least that's how it has been portrayed here.

But is that really how it happened? You seem to be a proponent of education, so let's take a look.

Year one: Dalton = 58% completions, 20 TDs, 13 INTs; Bengals 9th in team defense
Year two: Dalton = 62% completions, 27 TDs, 16 INTs; Bengals 8th in team defense
Year three: Dalton = 62% completions, 33 TDs, 20 INTs; Bengals 5th in team defense
Year four: Dalton = 64% completions, 19 TDs, 17 INTs; Bengals 12th in team defense
Year five: Dalton = 65% completions, 25 TDs, 7 INTs; Bengals 2nd in team defense

Dalton had a top 10 defense 4 of those 5 years, 12th in the other, and couldn't win a playoff game.
He averaged fewer than 25 TD passes and more than 14 INTs in those 5 years.
Once that defense became less formidable Dalton and the Bengals swirled down the drain.
How many times are you gonna copy & paste this

If he plays well this year he's going to get AT LEAST Ryan Tannenhill money next year. And Cowboys know that too. They aren't thinking shortsighted like fans are.

Not again......as I previously stated.....if Blake Bortles was signed, would we have this thread? Enough about the Red Pistol.

Yep, remember having several heated debates with posters who were not only convinced he was washed up but he had no value left.
And many posted over and over that his sacks were in garbage time
Never very impactful
I just don’t get why some people have to bash a player to justify a financial decision
I got why they let ware go because of the way his contract was structured it made it hard to keep him
But I can make a financial argument without bashing the player
Beasley to me was same thing
Beasley was good player but I felt we could find a cheaper option so I supported letting him walk but never found the need to bash him as a player
Just don’t get people

Logic tells me Dak, but something in the back of my head KIND OF wants to see what Dalton could do with this supporting cast and good coaching.

Honestly, at this point, I just want this whole QB scenario to go away so we can concentrate on the (hopefully) upcoming season. Either sign Dak or don't.
