As much as we kill Jerry and his kid and the rest of the bunch, they havent really blown it so much in UFA.
Know why?
Serious cap dollars are used to tie up their own draftees when they should be let go.
They overpay for their own, not other teams players.

A lot of people mentioning trades, but OP said Free agents.
Nolan Carroll is the correct answer. He played two games, had a 38 PPF grade (basically was terrible), got a concussion, and was released with his $3mil guaranteed.

Well, so far those named as FA busts are real nothing-burgers. Thankfully Philly outbid the Cowboys for CB Nambdi or he would have been our biggest bust.
