I would like to throw in replacing Heath with Dix.Jerry hires a quality coach who then hired his coaches, a great draft without any ridiculous gambles, not ignoring DT, the whole analytics team, moving the LBs. you watching a different team? Putting that emphasis on DT when it hasn’t existed for a very long time is huge. Not only bringing in 2 quality FAs, then drafting 1 on top of it. lol It’s been a joke. How often the D have to get run over for anyone to see what was happening here?
IMO, Garrett will in all likelihood never be a HC in the NFL again.I agree. Garrett would've taken any deal that would've allowed him to remain HC.
Very underrated move.I would like to throw in replacing Heath with Dix.
Even though he's no where near a Pro Bowler, Dix is a capable starting Safety which they haven't had since guys like Hamlin/Williams, even Sensabaugh (who obviously weren't world-beaters either).
Maybe we can beg to increase the number of teams in the playoffs again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Last year their answer to the Ram playoff debacle was Trysten Hill. lol That’s a quality offseason. Then you get ran over by the Eagles after going 8-8. Sorry 7-8. Since that 8th win meant nothing.. as usual
While I don't see him as a Randy Moss type, I agree. More of a taller better Terry Glenn type.
They’ve done all this before except sign free agent defensive tackles the caliber of McCoy. Garrett hired his own coaches. Don’t let them fool you. We’ve had good drafts before. I know we are all excited they have had a great offseason but until we see results this is what they’ve done.Jerry hires a quality coach who then hired his coaches, a great draft without any ridiculous gambles, not ignoring DT, the whole analytics team, moving the LBs. you watching a different team? The answer was piss poor coaching. One week they shut down the best rushing attack in the league and the next gsve up 20 yards.Last year their answer to the Ram playoff debacle was Trysten Hill. lol That’s a quality offseason. I'm going with Andy Dalton.
Not just replacing Garrett with MM, but replacing the entire coaching staff as well, or most of them anyway.
That is #1.
And because of that, they stuck to the draft board as #2
#3, still not overspending in FA.
Yes, but we like seeing it multiple times!Damn the best answer has already been taken
joggingI'd have to say without a doubt it was the letting Jason Garrett go.
Garrett was a mediocre head coach at best.
Sorry if you're reading this Jason Garrett.
Edit: What is the 2nd best move that doesn't relate to head coaching?
