These are the moves teams make if they are serious about winning it all. You’ve got to spend to get over the top. Look at KC with the Badger last year. I’m not worried about losing a first that’ll be in the 28-32 range

It balances out when you think of the impact Adams has on a game. And Amari draws enough attention to ensure whoever is WR2 will get plenty of 1v1s.

Exactly. If we’re as good as what we look like on paper then it’s 28-32 pick. And you’re getting Jamal Adams in the process? Do it.

Salary cap issues aside, I would be fine with parting with a first round pick in a year where college football may or may not happen and scouting will be speculative at best and based on last year’s film.

If true, there is no reason at all for the Cowboys to not go and get this done.

He could be on our team. Right now. And we would have him in and be under the cap.

One would have to assume we deal in good faith after next season and if we are not willing to do so, then it won’t work, but if. We want him, it’s right there in front of us.
