First you say you don't agree or disagree with the article but you just had to start another of the multiple Prescott threads that start every day. Second this Simmons did a terrible comparison between Prescott who is just starting to move into his prime and Brady who already has 20 seasons in and has maybe 1 more left in him and Tampa Bay signing him as a means to getting fans in the seats if there is going to be fans in the seats this season. Third Simmons also admitted that everyone involved with the negotiations has denied all of the amounts and details that "insiders" claim they got, thus once again proving that they can speculate and in doing so thinking that their other opinions then have any merit.

As far as not seeing any national media saying this kind of crud, there have been sportswriters from CBS Sports, ESPN, FOX Sports and then reporters from non-sports news companies that have said the same type of crap. Just go back through all of the zillion of Prescott threads and click on the links and read the garbage those sportswriters have already said.

He’s a hockey writers Nd not even a respected one.

You couldn’t be more of an NFL outsider than this guy.

He’s just regurgitating the rumors and speculation from the last ten days in search of clicks and we just gave him some

any of us could have written this article. We just don’t happen to be a Canadian writer who does hockey columns.

no the handful of public statements by some 100mil-200mil super star MLB players who said if they cant get paid 100% of their salary's they wouldn't play the prosed 82 games season..where I sit they are the face of todays selfish greedy players..the way o see it half the games without fans =50% of your salary to help the league is more then fair,,

now Dak might be on that list of he came out and said something like this but we dont know the facts... I agree on the surface it looks selfish and greedy..
