Well if guess that’s better than:

Blake Jarwin “ ready time fail miserably as the replacement for one of the greatest TEs in history”

I jest....hope this guy kills it.

yes, it is. Could amount to nothing, but I’d much rather hear something than nothing

It would seem the staff is comfortable with rolling with Jarwin as the #1 TE. Witten clearly wasn't the Witten we remembered seeing last year. If Jarwin can play he'll be yet another weapon for Dak on an already stacked offense. All great QB's need that safety option, especially when plays fall apart.

I thought Jarwin looked good to go last year, Garrett just didn't give him as many snaps as he should've.

I could be mistaken but wasn’t the knock on him his blocking ability? I think he has shown that he is going to be ok as a receiver.

Well maybe MM can help him out some with the blocking. At least we have a real HC now.

I hope he does well but hes unproven on paper and really has only performed well against the Giants. No game winning plays and his last 8 games he had zero tds.

Its not whether hes bad that scares me. I expect him to suck. My concern is will they use him as an everydown player and not substitute if he goes cold Like he did last year.

Hes not drawing much conversation so apparently most everybody is done discussing our sorry te core

Yes, the weak part of his game is blocking. He is good at getting YAC though so there is that. But If he is ever going to be a great TE he will need to improve his blocking.

With Lamb, Cooper, Gallup, and Jarwin at TE.... I find it almost impossible to think there is no one to throw to. Jarwin should have an easier time getting open, when they start trying to cover the other 3...
He is a big target too...

We have more potent options and speed kills
Lamb Cooper Gallop Austin zeke Dak/Dalton
Lamb Cooper Gallop Pollard Zeke Dak/dalton
*Lamb Cooper Gallop Dez Zeke Dak/Dalton
Lamb Cooper Gallop Jarwin zeke Dak/Dalton

Years past Makes ya wonder if we'll be using
Lamb Cooper Jarwin Schultz Zeke Dak. Lol

Will we stick w the ignorant 12 personell passing like years past or will we put the Kabosh on that stupid dual te passing scheme that has plagued our last 2 qbs for a decade now that 82 is FINALLY GONE!!!

According to some in this forum (omar/Aka Rogers) this 12 formation is clutch. Lol.

I hope the New Coach changes our ignorant scheme and uses some 10 personnell and dual rbs also. 6+ years Ive been preaching to squash the 12 personnell and use better rbs and wrs. 6+ YEARS THE WITTEN SUPPORTERS HAVE TALKED TRASH!!!

The Dual slot wr and dual rb formations force the defense to use one less linebacker. No linebacker can cover our wrs or rbs. Lol. Less blocking and more speed kills a secondary. Run n shoot on occasion isnt bad when ya got a qb w some legs
