At least in the Dak threads, most of the derision is targeted toward his play not how he looks. Now, the Romo is fat or Zeke is fat threads come closer, but even those are somewhat performance-related, with the intent being that they are out of shape. Making fun of McCarthy for his size is simply puerile.

Sorry to deflate you and I’d love to see DiNucci be in a position to be Dak’s backup but it won’t be until 2021, at the earliest because we didn’t even have a third QB on the 52 man roster last year and almost certainly won’t have one this year either.

And that would be the biggest mistake the Cowboys ever make concerning a stud franchise QB who is entering his prime, setting franchise records and only getting better. What's funny is you can assume the Cowboys would do this, but I know they won't. They are not this ignorant.
