Dak has shown repeatedly that he doesn't care about this organization.

To prove how absurd your statement is, it has been stated many times that since Prescott came to the Cowboys he was the first player there in the morning and the last to leave. Ya that shows just how little cares about this team.

MM didn’t reach out to Dak for a while. I don’t think Dak feels connected to the team... I think part of it is when your doing contract stuff your agent tells you to not connect to anyone you don’t want or have to..
He should have connected with him. He should be hanging with his WR and throwing to them. He can do anything he wants. He is getting a deal done but when your agent is asking for more than others that have won a SB then the owner and GM are not going to be happy.
Dak and the owner should be getting along and both should realize it’s business. But maybe Dak is mad this wasn’t done last year. I am..

I agree with you glim. What with all the uncertainty about training camp and the season due to the pandemic, it seems to me that our QB should be finding ways to connect and practice with his receivers like you said, rather than acting like he doesn't care. There's nothing I know of preventing him and his receivers from working out on their own to get on the same page with one another.

Every single report you’ve ever read has said Dak is a good leader.

Every teammate ever asked Both college and pro. Every journalist around the team in the know. Every coach. Even the ex players who are around the team like Aikman and Irvin and Emmitt have said Dak is a good leader for the team.

Now some people want to cling to Dak not calling one player yet after only being on the team for a month. And folks want to cling to that as some sort of sign that he is a bad leader, despite every other shred of evidence pointing to the opposite.

its comical

Good leaders don't throw a party in the middle of a pandemic that could have cost the lives of some.

Or are we saying leadership only matters on the field now?

Defend Dak’s actions on this one. I want to hear it so I can laugh.

Hes out here working out with Dez and Zeke, but cant reach out to his new WR?

It took him a while to reach out to McCarthy as well
You in direct contact with his agent, Mr. insider........

Are you laughing?

I have to start a thread on this rather than have it buried in another. I want to see who has a problem with this other than the reigning, defending, Likesweight Champion of the World.

CeeDee (YAC) was asked if he's heard from his new teammates on offense yet. Since, ya know, it's been a month since the draft. He said he's heard from Zeke, Cooper and Gallup but hasn't talked to Prescott. No contact from the great leader of the team to his shiny new alpha WR weapon as we approach June.

Here's the video. The 4:05 mark.

Oh I know people will rush to his defense but I won't pay any attention to that. I want to hear from those that see this as completely inexcusable from the guy wanting to be paid as the franchise QB.

Character is what you do when nobody's watching, bros.

Dak actually did reach out to Cee Dee but his girl picked up.

LMAO!!! This is an easy one. Dak is not under contract and has not been paid to do anything. Is he supposed to volunteer and just donate his time by working for free? How often do you work your job without compensation?

CeeDee better be careful about airing the laundry in public...Dak might go rookie hazing and have him foot the team dinner bill at Wendy’s.

In Dak’s defense, I think he has other things on his mind like dealing with his brother’s death. I think that is more important then calling Lamb right now. Dak is very good leader in my opinion. Now living in reality world of his next contract and what he thinks he deserves is another thing.

1. No he hasnt. He was 3-3 vs the NFC east in 2016

2. The Giants have been terrible the last 3 years And the Commanders are the Commanders

3. Both teams will be alot better going forward.
Your right! Its just a matter of time until the Commanders and Giants stop being an easy W in this division. Dak has been very lucky that Alex Smith got hurt and Wentz has struggled to stay healthy. Dak very well could be the 3rd best QB in the division behind Daniel Jones after this season.

During the lock down there was video of him working out with Dez and some others. Nothing stopped him then.
