I was under the impression he was digging in his lawn. Are you sure he was digging, and not just cutting roots to invasive vines or something like that? Maybe moving rocks to support the little rock wall there?
He had a shovel and i saw him digging with force and when he recogonized i was looking he stopped digging and kept looking at me like he was pissed that i noticed him and didnt continue, not sure what he did after the line of sight was broken.
Especially if the two of them are in agreement.

Yeah, that facia definitely needs replacing. I love the stonework on the house though....but I'm guessing that's a stand alone garage.
Probably making sure he had a good visual image of you in his mind, noted you were winded, started digging again...................chuckling to himself.
He'll probably replace those stones with human skulls, just needs a couple more.

Maybe. I don't care if he or anyone else considers me nosy. I will continue to be nosy, maybe if i'm lucky one day he will come after me with the shovel.

Unfortunately, that's exactly why so many missing persons/homicides go unsolved.
It's also the cause of over policing and unnecessary police presence in many scenarios.
