Everyone gets the difference between a player under contract and not, right? Prescott is not, at this moment a Dallas Cowboy. They have the rights to his services but until he signs that tag, he is not a Dallas Cowboy.

Why in the heel would he make contact with a player he doesn't even know, and btw, he's not a Dallas Cowboy yet either.

And they didn't get Lamb for him, they took a value pick. If that pick had been a CB, should Prescott have reached out to him?
it would have been socially adept.:)

stabbing someone in the neck with scissors is "socially adept"?????????????????

The post was sarcastic while at the same time poking at the convenient self-righteousness.

Heralded rookies particularly NFL unproven ones usually get kept at a distance and even mildly hazed, like go on errands, sing songs in front of the entire team, etc... I am sure Prescott will eventually touch base with Ceedee Lamb who I am excited to have on board.

dak should welcome all the new players, rookies udfa's ideally.
but it doesnt mean much, as long as dak goes to TC, that is where they will work on the passing game stuff.

But cee dee is or might be a key component, for the offense so dak should have welcomed him to the team, and maybe he has maybe he hasnt.

Is Dak even officially a Cowboy? I mean he has not signed his tender and did not agree on a long term contract yet. Also, we don’t even know if there will be a season. I’m sure the two of them will be just fine once football resumes with both under contract.

Dak is acting passive aggressive towards the Dallas Cowboys.

This is NOT something a leader does.

Very disappointing.

He is a poor leader and he is setting a piss-poor example. leaders care about the overall well-being of the organization and set a good example to everyone else. That means not being greedy and putting themselves above others.
We're bored right?

What would a "good leader" do?

Passive Aggressive -
adjective
  1. of or denoting a type of behavior or personality characterized by indirect resistance to the demands of others and an avoidance of direct confrontation, as in procrastinating, pouting, or misplacing important materials.

"Other examples of passive-aggressive behavior might include avoiding direct or clear communication, evading problems, fear of intimacy or competition, making excuses, blaming others, obstructionism, playing the victim, feigning compliance with requests, sarcasm, backhanded compliments, and hiding anger."
