Garrett supporters pointed out Garrett's stats too

During the 13 miserable years that we were forced to endure the incompetence of Jason Garrett, his supporters repeatedly pointed out the stats of the offense. Garrett's offenses would rack up big yards on passing plays, but because he ignored the run game, drives repeatedly stalled in the red zone when the field shortened and receivers couldn't get open.
We heard how much the players loved Garrett, and how they never quit on him. We heard time and time again how the players believed in him.
Yet every year ended in disappointment, and he wasted years of the fans lives and the careers of many stars. 8-8 was Garrett's record more often than not, yet we heard that we were trolls for demanding that he be fired.
We were even told that we should be happy with an 8-8 record.
Sound familiar?
The danger of this mentality continuing is real. Garrett 2.0 is in the house.

Jason Garrett no longer coaches here.

Best to move on...like most fans already have.

Offensive stats were acceptable under Garrett. Play calling especially in the Red Zone were questionable.

Anyway....what was the point of this thread again?

This is the same argument Dak supporters are making for him, despite his failure to make the Cowboys better.
Still 8-8.
40-24, troll.

You clowns didn’t want to talk about his record before 2019 when he was 32-16.

“DURRRR WINS/LOSSES IS NOT A QB STAT!!!!”

And now you can’t stop shutting up about going 8-8 in 2019... with the worst punter and worst kicker in the league, the most drops in the league and a defense allergic to takeaways.

Dak, meanwhile, had the NFL’s 4th-best QBR and the Cowboys offense was 3rd in efficiency. But yeah, offense was the main problem.

This is why most of us don’t take your kind seriously.

Oh the pay Dak crew is obviously the new Garrett supporter.

It’s another bad idea but some fan boys go along with it.

Yeah, and the Cowboys were still 8-8.
