Listening to the Fan rn, and they are saying Sanjay had a personal vendetta against Amari. Which led to Amari being out of the last drive and play against Philly in Week 16 last year. I’m sorry but how is Sanjay calling shots in a do or die game, with a receiver you put all y’all your faith in. Where was the clapper to override?

Tried to tell people Sanjay was not legit. Has never produced or been able to maintain a job. Posters here tried like heck to validate his hiring.

Cooper can be pouty so I'm not fully excusing his role here, but hard to play for a coach that you don't believe in (head coach as well).

How a head coach allows a beef between a player and position coach to get so bad that the coach takes revenge out by sidelining the player on the most important drive of the season is beyond me.

How are you going to let that issue jeopardize the success of the whole team? No wonder players quit, it was a mess.

Lal was a bum from rip. I said it when he arrived. I clowned the stupid walking with bricks thing he made the wrs do. The forum here of course defended him.

Exactly. The guy coached scrubs his whole career. I believe he never had a 1000 yard receiver before he got to Dallas. That whole staff was a disgrace. Reflective of the trash HC.

Since he isn't the one making the catches, does that even make sense?
Yeh carrying bricks is dumb. You don't think a wr coach is suppose to help limit a player's drops? No wonder our coaches were so bad jerry probably thinks the same as you.

That would explain his departure. I knew it was something. Tired of all of these stories coming out after the fact. This place was a clown show and it disturbs me Jerry didn’t do something about it knowing he had his hands on everything.

Normally I’d disagree but all of these guys dropped passes.......it’s a reason for everything. Tired of these incompetent coaches.......

Its because BTB started calling him some kind guru like they do every coach we ever hire. Because he was a "route specialist", and thats what fans wanted after Bryant they latched on

WRC's teach technique, hands position, watching the ball in and not letting it get to the body and they do try to limit the drops but they can't fix that any more than they could get Bryant to run precision routes.

JTT alluded to it as well a few months back in his Whispers from the Star. One of his Insiders outright called Lal "trash" lol.

Ill see if I can dig it up. Was a good listen

The Red-headed clapper sure did a number on Dallas. By ignoring these personal yet important situations in a team he made the problem worst than what it was.

People like to say that Wade was too soft. Well Garrett was worst. He would cover-up these issues and pretend to the world that everything is as rosy can be.

Soon as he arrived the drops went up. I said the same thing no 1,000 yard wr b4 he got here.
i don't know anything about the guy and am in no way defending him but a quick look shows decker and b.marshall with the jets in the same year getting over 1000 yards. just for accuracy.
