All five are clear upgrades. There is no way on God's green earth you would understand how much Dak is worth, so we will just leave it at that.

I get it, you have a very high opinion on Dak...way higher than most do. We just disagree. I’m perfectly fine with that

It's cool to disagree.

Thinking Dak isn't an upgrade over Allen? That just means that you aren't a good evaluator of football performance. There's no other explanation.

So let me get this right. The Cowboys had a great draft. Great post draft FA signings (rookies.) And added some talent via Free agency (NFL players.) Including beefing up the DT spots, and hiring a coach who values a push up the middle and stop the run, as opposed to what ever Opie was thinking and clapping to.

The table is set.

Then the idea is to trade Dak for a first and a fourth, then start Dalton, who is speculated by the Emo Analytics set to be as good, or even better than Dak, for a shot at the number 1 pick in next year's draft.

Which sinks McCarthy's first season, and has him training a QB for results several years down the road. It also means the people on defense you signed for a one year run will be gone, and this team is essentially starting a rebuild with a target year of perhaps 2023 for Lawrence to be ready for prime time. And your defense is now worse than it was before you made the trade.

And this is what the Emo Crew want to do because they believe Dak can't win, and Dalton, who is questionably not as good will suffice as you people wait on your franchise QB that has played zero games in the NFL.

All you people whining about Dak will suddenly shate out patience that you don't possess for Dak because of money which doesn't come out of your pocket.

The level of vitriol on this site for Dak, and the thinking behind it, has now become unhinged. You don't value Dak over a 30-something QB who has achieved nothing, yet you believe a franchise will trade away a first plus - and some think that will be two firsts plus, to Dallas for a guy drafted in the fourth that you admittedly believe is not a starting QB in this league.

Do you have any idea just how ridiculous your position is to anyone who values logic? Because the sardine has surely slipped off your Ritz cracker.

Emo Analytics. The parachute bat shate crazy floats in on.
So he is not worth 2 firsts? If he a franchise difference maker, that should be the minimum. Right?

There is a very easy explanation that you just choose to ignore. You ignore it because you assume all these NFL GMs share your high opinion of Dak.

You are completely ignoring the possibility that Buffalo likes their young franchise quarterback very much, and enjoy having him on a rookie deal for the next few years. It’s quite possible they don’t relish the idea of giving up on him. It’s not at all unreasonable to think they look at the idea of paying Dak $35 mil per year as ridiculous.

When I read some of the anti-Dak posts... It makes me believe this even more.

Don't backpedal now :lmao2:

You were the one that said the only clear upgrades were *blank*. Now you're bringing in other GMs thoughts(that you have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT THEIR THOUGHTS ARE lmao).

Weird how you make every excuse under the sun for other QBs, but Dak needs to be absolutely perfect. Kinds makes you think....

What's so funny is these guys that say Dak is so terrible and the worst QB ever but yet want to trade him for multiple first round picks and players.

Or, just hoping someone in the universe has your same view of Dak. Might just be a handful but we just need one to think he is this glorified god sent.

I see....so you think the GM in Buff would gladly trade Allen and picks for the rights to Dak...and then agree to money he wants. Sure...seems reasonable to me (if he’s on drugs)

What I replied was he was an obvious upgrade at the most important position.

Your reply stated you thought only two position were obvious upgrades which excluded Buffalo. There was no mention of contracts or draft picks.

Your reply was stupid so I made sure you knew it, it was as if you made the reply while on drugs. I'm glad I was able to educate you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have other questions.

Dawg you say he been carried. Tell me by who?

I've read a lot of your posts. You know there's no way in hell PAPPYDOG is going to engage you in an actual football conversation which requires some kind of thought. Your football acumen is wwaaaayyyy too advanced for him. You're at an NFL level, while he's still riding the bench in Pop-Warner. If it takes more thought than "Dak Sucks", "Dak-zoids", or "Dak-employees", you can count Pappy out.

Nah...I’m good. It’s all too clear that your opinion is clouded by extreme bias. You have this opinion that it’s a clear upgrade to go with Dak over Allen. You don’t even entertain the idea that there are many that would disagree with that...and for logical reasons. It’s as if you think all NFL GM’s share your opinion.

If Dak was drafted by another team, and never wore a Cowboys uniform, I wonder if you would go to this extreme in your efforts to defend him.

You made it obvious by quoting only one of my sentences that you agree you lost the conversation.

As I said, if you need anymore football lessons please reach out dude.

I’m sure Dak is well aware that he’s not very popular with a high percentage of the fan base. If he’s spent any amount of time online he’s seen the cries for Dalton to be the starter as well as other castoffs before Dalton signed. It wouldn’t surprise me if deep down inside he wouldn’t mind playing for a team/fan base where he’s appreciated more. He knows that even winning a championship in Dallas may not satisfy this fan base. Right now he has to be feeling disrespected by the team and the fan base. Can’t think of a team off the top of my head that ever won a championship with the fan base so divided over their QB.
