Unfortunately Jerry has already assigned Kellen Moore and Leon Lett to McCarthy.

I feel like Nussmeier (moving from TE to QB) was McCarthy's doing but could also be a Jerry assignment.

I was talking about how people are tough guys and threaten others and do stuff they wouldn't do in real life. Had nothing to do with your post. I had moved on beyond what you said. That's another issue of texting and posting these days. Intent, tone etc etc gets lost or assumed.

But you're right, it's totally a coincidence that the coach Jerry wildly claimed was their version of Sean McVay was retained.

He said Lal was a good talker that impressed with words and contributed nothing as a coach. Garrett being Garrett saw a kindred spirit and was as impressed with the talk as JJ was with his.

I remember that stupidity and ignored it. The only thing holding bricks all day will do is cramp you hands, leads to arthritis, does not make your grip stronger, and definitely does not help you catch a football.

Jerry Rice caught bricks working with his father and said it helped him catch the football. Catching the brick and putting it in place helped his catching skills. Which makes sense because you have to keep you eyes on a brick coming at you, you have to hold you hands in a position that receives the brick (palms open), you have to lay the brick and then quickly reset your body to catch the next brick.

This (hiring idiot incompetent coaches) is the stupidity of Jason Garrett and Jerry Dumbo GM Jones who screwed a very good WR coach like Ray Sherman (Cowboys WR coach 2007-2010 and interim OC 2010) giving a Rooney Rule interview for the Cowboy HC job and then not retained as OC in 2011. I am sure cramping your hands and developing arthritis holding bricks was not in Ray Sherman's training of Dez Bryant in his rookie season, Terrell Owens in Dallas, Randy Moss and Cris Carter in Minnesota, and Jerry Rice in San Francisco.

Adam Henry is a huge upgrade from Lal.

Of course Garrett could do something. He can coach the Cowboys. But even that he failed to do so. Thus Jerry took playcalling duties away from him. Jerry, I believe wanted him to succeed. He hid many of Jason's faults. But in the end, Jason is just not a good coach.

Sanjay was genius he knew we weren’t winning the Super Bowl and he knew CeeDee was going to be there for us if we lost . LOL
