If we're taking Jarwin off the field, I'd rather have Pollard as the 5th man to open up the run game to misdirection and more options behind the LOS.
I think you use everyone
Many different formation and personnel pkgs
Once you get the D with the wrong guys on the field you go no huddle and exploit them

What? Actually notice your opponent and adjust to his personnel?

Is that legal? I'm so confused!

Cooper is the best slot WR on the team and we really haven't utilized him there that much. Any competent offensive mind should recognize that we have 3 very good WRs, all of which have enough versatility to operate in different places on the field and the goal should be to keep the defense guessing. I don't think that will be an issue under MM but clearly was under JG.

I believe the plan is to play Lamb in the slot but I've heard MM note how "position flex" at WR position can cause confusion to defenses. I would not be surprised if they employ a rotation in the slot so that Coop and Lamb both get a chance to show what they can do at that slot. It's good to have versatile WRs that are capable of playing any of the WR positions. The Cowboys offense never had that option with Dez around because he was so limited at what routes he could adequately run.

I hope part of their plan isn't to pigeon hole any of the WRs into a specific position. Doesn't sound like it though...

I thought that was what they were gonna do last year with Cooper, Gallup, and Cobb but I don't think they did it much.
They talked about it a lot more - and tried it quite a bit - before Cooper was here, with the whole WR by committee nonsense. But it was always going to be Cobb in the slot last year.
