I agree with the summation. However, Dak Philly game is over rated because he did not practice his normal routine during the week. Dak is a grinder and I remember when he came back after missing time because of the death of his mother. He was spraying the ball all over the place. But he then settled down and started to carve up in the passing game and making plays with his legs until he settled down. Well he could not use his legs in the Philly game early because you would have had "just a guy" back up QB on the field. The next week he was back to his routine and peeling the skins like a filet knife in the passing game.
The good thing about Dak is that he is a grinder. He constantly gets better and better and works hard at getting better. He will also not lose games by turning the ball over (only in the Seattle game 2 years ago).
A lot of the throw behind completions would have either get the WR smashed or led to an interception. Give me a QB that does not turn the ball over and I will give you at least 8 wins per year. Dak has never been below .500 wins at the end of a season in Jr. high, high school, college or the NFL.
He makes you throw your cowboys cap at the TV with some of his throws and decision making. But he always have the Cowboys in a position to win the game and not lose the game. To me, that is a franchise QB.
