Hey what up man you finally got your wish they got rid of my ability to add a avatar. I know you just loved my Nipsey avatar.......coincidentally I'm banned from adding a avatar for some reason.

Hey, thanks for the update Rock Your Ice.

I have no idea of what you’re talking about but I’m willing to take credit if it has caused you any emotional distress.

I mean does the draft pick come with or without the contract dispute? I'd move him down the list quite a ways over that, behind guys like Mayfield, Burrow, Murray, and Tua where you don't have to worry about the money.
Fair point. There are some teams that would not touch Dak. Some owners and GMs are super cheap and philosophy is reflective of their success.

This is pretty lame. That being said, it is amazing that outside of a semi-large chunk of Cowboys fans that frequent this site, Dak is considered a very good franchise caliber QB.
Not really. It's basically a list based on age for QBs.

This is one of the most idiotic "what ifs'" I've seen.
.
I agree. It doesn't make any sense. Why would Arizona want Brees who has one season left over Murray - a guy who fits their system and is on a rookie contract for several more years!?

Giants would pick Aaron Rodgers. The guy has 4-5 years left on the clock if he wants it.

I don;'t think he has 4-5 more really productive years left. When he was Favre's backup and got in at garbage time for a few snaps, he kept getting injured. Then he stayed healthy for a lot of his starting years until the past couple and he's been getting injured again. The injuries come more often as players get older and he's already started that. I think injuries will shorten his career.to maybe 2 or 3 more years at best.

I think it's up to whether he wants to play. He seems like the type of character who is pretty content with his lot. I think it depends on whether he fancies a new challenge after he likely leaves the Packers in a year or two or decides to retire. He has the type of game to sit in the pocket and play several more years. I take your point about injuries but he played all regular season games the past two seasons and if he's playing behind a line that protects him then I don't think it's a major issue personally.

They must of forgotten about Jeff Heath. The disrespect continues.

Still not a top 5 QB, even in this rosy scenario. I wonder what that draft would look like in a capped league.

I was wrong, Rodgers missed more than half the season 3 years ago but even though starters don't play much in preseason, he did twist a knee last year in camp and that was without any contact. He's right now going into his 16th season and even though Brady and Brees have played longer that doesn't mean that there's a new career length of QB's. Most people think that the end of the last couple of seasons that Brees arm was looking pretty weak. Rodgers may prove me wrong, but I still think father time and/or injuries will shorten your estimate.

To be honest I think there's a fair chance Rodgers will retire after playing for the Packers which could be in two years.

You could be right in that injury will curtail his career. My own thought is that he could end it a bit earlier than expected if he doesn't join a team with a Superbowl calibre roster on both sides of the ball.

If he is offered to join a team like the Colts at the end of this season then I could see him playing for another 3-4 years thereafter. I would envisage a Peyton Manning Denver Broncos type scenario.
