> Hill's Improvement
> Crawford's actual salary

Then the team can make an informed decision.

Otherwise, assuming Crawford is healthy, he is the better player between the 2- based on info to date.

Crawford is more of a tangible. I know what he can and will do. Hill not so much, he could either jump up and play really well or he could bomb. Probably lean towards Crawford unless hill shows big improvement in camp.

I'm hoping the light comes on for Hill. I can't imagine being in his position and not working my *** off. I've always gotten by on work ethic more than anything so I know what I would do with his opportunity. Granted, I wasn't handed almost 2.3 million dollars guaranteed at the age of 21. Let's hope he wants more and is willing to work for it. Hasn't shown it so far.
