That’s a very interest article, thanks for sharing.
I see this as a good thing, because the change in coaching staff I believe will energize this team and improve some of the key team performance areas that consistently lagged under Garrett.

I have never seen this sort of ranking. COVID leads to the opportunity to do more meaningless comparisons.

The question I have is has anyone seen this done before and how has it related to the subsequent season. With no control for the future and injuries in the new year, I suspect this is like throwing darts at a board.

I'm so glad that Witten is gone.
And I used to be a Heath Defender, but he wasn't anywhere near as consistent as you need a Safety to be. Glad he's gone, too.

Factor in this, factor in new head coach, second year OC learning on the fly, no DC.........

I just want you guys to know everything points to this season being BAD for us. Do I think it will be? No. I think they will defy the odds but just know that's what this is. This is not suppose to be a good season for the Cowboys based on history.

I was really thinking that the HC snaps this year are probably the most important. This is a really bad year to be installing a new program.

How many returning snaps did the 13-3 packers have last year? They overhauled their team via FA and relied on rookies in some key spots on both sides of the ball, as well as a new coach. Every team is different.

Cowboys should be at a disadvantage implementing new schemes on both sides of the ball. Offense will be ok (should be), but I have my concerns about the defense.

Witten was a great player past his prime. Another great wasted by Garrett. I never got Heath. I can remember about 3 or 4 good things he did in his time. Guy was a symbol of mediocrity. Good riddance. This team needs a cultural enema. Glad to see as many new faces as possible.
