He's out for the 2020 season. That's a huge blow for them as he was arguably their best OL.

He tore his other Achilles the previous season.

So this mash unit will win the east again. Is that what I'm hearing?

I would literally shoot myself in the foot if that happens.

Tough on him.
A torn AT takes a year to heal and another year to gain the physical and psychological power/dexterity. Then there is no guarantee you'll be 100%. Maybe 80% at best.
BLokes, I write this from experience. I tore an AT while exploring the Steppes with me mum in 1999. I Wore a cast for 6 months and a therapy boot for 4 months.
It was no walk in the cake.

It should be noted that he tore the other Achilles in Jan 2019 and was back for the first game in Sept 2019 and was arguably one of the best, if not the best, OGs in football. So he was back in less than a year. But given he tore it just a couple of months before the season is supposed to start, he's definitely done for 2020.

The time varies. Obviously if you have 300 pounds on your frame the stress is different than say a kid weighing 100 pounds. Also, the tear? Complete tear? Partial?

Don't have all the details. Just saw it pop up on my FB feed from some Eagles buddies.

Wince’s new excuse. Talking heads like Cowherd are going to say his offensive line is below average. Another excuse for the Goddess.

What's crazy is Zach Martin barely made first team all pro last year over Brandon Brooks and Marshal Yanda (there the only 2 right guards that can even play at his level)

Neither Brooks or yanda will play in 2020........

Zack Martin literally just has to show up and play at 80% and he'll be a lock to make all pro team for the 7th straight time

Huge loss. Probably one of the 10 best G in the league (although the NFC East is pretty stacked).
