If you were a Dallas Cowboy what position would you play and what number would you wear?

It's funny, in my youth I never had any respect for QBs because IMO they weren't much of an athlete. Throw me the ball and I'll do the rest for you buddy. Until at some point you figure out they are a major part of your success as a WR.

I'd wear 22...

I'd then legally change my last name to "can't catch."

If we're talking physical comparison, I'd say a mix between
Daryl Johnston and Randy White.

The easy dream choice would be QB.
Staubach. Who wouldn't want to be Captain America? A hero.
Aikman. The classic QB pretty boy tough guy. Nah, too serious.
Meredith. Now, I never saw him play. But I know he was the life of the party.

That was a good feeling back in the day, so maybe I'm more like Meredith.
I think I could've beat Green Bay though. Change the course of history.
Landry wins the first two Super Bowls thanks to me. I'd play 3-4 more years
than Dandy Don because I'd be the guy. Nobody would ever know who Joe Namath was.
Lol... okay. Just havin' fun with it.

I'd be the Owner and I'd wear uniform number USS Cowboy Yacht.

Damn. I wish I'd thought of that.
I ultimately picked an era before my time and I'd
need to work two jobs in the offseason.
What the heck was I thinking?... lol

Dorsett was awesome!

He also had, probably the best year of any player in history
when he won the National Championship, The Heisman Trophy,
NFL Rookie of the Year and the Super Bowl.

I would need something that requires no athletic ability or knowledge of the game. So I want to be owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys. I’d set up in my box wearing a jersey with number seven on it, because I would spend the whole game drinking bourbon and 7-Up

#34 favorite number (Herschel Walker, Bo Jackson)

Strong Safety.

I'd be a poor man's Jamal Adams and would be a way better version of all you yahoos' imagined version of Jeff Heath.

I'd wear #12 and be a QB. Dak would lose his job to me because I'm the greatest. :D Everyone else playing this game is just as full of crap. What a dumb thread.

I mostly played WR but also played several positions (badly :)). Wore #1 and #11. So probably be WR #11.

QB, wearing number #69. I’d be so cool that they’d change the rules to allow me to wear it.

LOL . . . let's keep it real, here! The best number for me would be zero!
That's exactly what my chances are of acquiring an NFL career!

Right now a Safety and wear #31. They would call me “the nightmare”. When I took the field they would shut the lights off in the stadium and they would play some heavy metal thrash growling music and all of you would cheer for me. But I would get a lot of flags for my vicious hits but you all would love me anyways. I would get paid millions for 5 years. They would break the bank and offer 5 years 100 million, but would take a team friendly deal at 75 million but all guaranteed and 25 million up front. And I would come in here and you would all know me.

I have never really thought about it though...
