I’m sure the Jets will use the Minkah Fitzpatrick trade as a barometer, would seem fair to ask for more then that because Adams is a better player

Also, granted they wanted more than our 1st, but if we did that deal last trade deadline, no CeeDee

Maybe he will go to the G-Men. Afterall, he chased down the new OC there and asked him to get him.

This board as a whole underestimates how great Jamal Adams is. He's a borderline Top 20 player in the entire league.

Yeah, he's a safety. But he's a gamechanging safety.

Adding Adams to this defense not only makes the team better because of his play, but because he is the War Daddy, the dawg, all those things you want from a vocal leader that sparks a defense to be nasty. The edge that Charles Haley brought, that's what Adams brings.

He's well worth a low 1st round pick and a midround pick, which is what I think will get him now that the Jets have lost leverage.

Minkah had more years of cost control without the extension demands. While Jamaal is a better player, the cost control will factor in.

True, I think counting the year they can put the tag on him realistically they own him for 3 more years.
