Zeke the perfect Cowboy. Always in the news to promote the brand. I can see why they locked him up with that contract.

Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is facing a lawsuit from a woman who says his three dogs attacked her while she was on his property to clean his pool.

The woman says Elliott’s three dogs all bit her on March 11, with a Rottweiler dragging her by her arm while two bulldogs bit her legs. She says she needed surgery for her arm injury and will likely be scarred for life, and she still has both physical and mental pain.

"According to the lawsuit, Elliott’s dog previously bit another pool cleaner."

Good. I hope she gets a ton of money. People need to control their dogs. She is there working and you cant put the dogs in the house? getting dragged by one of them. Thats crazy. I love me some Zeke but he needs to pay.

There is no way I'd clean a pool with a pitbull nearby that I did not know. Some breeds are simply not to be messed with. I'm sure your dog is perfectly friendly, but statistically speaking for the pool guy its high risk.
First time it happened I was shocked tbh.
Dude could have texted me but he is clearly not afraid of dogs.

He was just ignoring her as she laid in the shade.

I seldom let her outside without watching her but occasionally will have major issues I am working and can't get away from the pc for more than a few minutes so she has to go out by herself for a bit.

She is a big sleep in the bed baby but I have no doubt in the right situation could be dangerous.
I wrestle and play rough with her regularly and she nips me but has never broken skin.
My daughters would never play with her like that though.

My parents have a chihuahua and pit bull mix. Yes I know it sounds funny. But that dog don’t like people in the yard or house.
My mom has a chihuahua that is about 10 pounds overweight and hates everyone who enters the house.
Far meaner than my pits but you know they are so small they aren't doing much but nipping and making noise.

Of course she has mental pain. That's how she will likely justify asking for millions and millions of dollars .

and she shouldn't? I bet you wouldn't either. She was there working and was attacked and dragged by his dogs. He should pay and it should be a lot

Even more with this little fact: "According to the lawsuit, Elliott’s dog previously bit another pool cleaner."

Lol. Dang, Glim, how does it even look like being such a mix of chihuahua and pitbull? Do you have a pic?
I need to learn to post picture here. I will post one. She is actually pretty. Chihuahua short but thick legs and chihuahua ears. Pit bull head and body and big wart hog but. Looks like pumba when she trots.Light brown about 10 inches tall and about 45 pounds. Lol.

I had one and I saw him run big dogs out of the yard. Used to scare me to death. He was a little snack but I think he would just freak other dogs out. He bit me so many times I quit counting. And he liked me.

Many years ago, I was at a park near Lake Pontrartrain in New Orleans.
Perfect Spring Day with everyone out with coolers , frisbees, footballs, blankets....you get the drift...just one of those memorable days.

A beautiful young lady was walking her poodle and a lot of the guys, maybe with sunglasses down if with spouse or girlfriends, were impressed. Slo-mo.... walking, bouncing, smiling, uh, bouncing.....

Then, BOOM, a Pit Bull came out of nowhere and tore that dog from her and just shook it like the tiny rag doll it was.
Nothing could get it to let go. Some guy even hit it with a ball bat.

That poor girl....and that very dead dog.
All seemed to happen in slow motion...like a movie.

That's a sad story. And all too common.

yeah but this dude has a lot of "stories" I love seeing a Cowboy rack up 1,500 yards rushing but this dude is not going to end up in even my top 15 of all time Cowboy running backs at any point (doesnt help that he comes form my hated OSU, looks like an Ewok and bares his belly to us all the time :) )

I watched a pack of neighborhood dogs that looked like they all knew each other running around and one was a pit bull and there was a little dotson. The pit bull was watching that dotson when it would run. The little pack ran in front of my truck and boom. The pit jumped on it and a few shakes and screams. I laid on my horn and started to jump out but it was to late. He carried it off like a rabbit by the neck with the little dog just dangling. Likely a hunting dog. Was sad. I like animals and my wife is a freak about them. If she saw that. Wow.

This is all about the details. If the dogs were out and she went in the yard anyway without alerting anyone she was there to service the pool, then its on her and the dogs simply did what their instinct told them to do which is protect their home and pack. If she was there doing her thing and someone opened a door and the dogs got out, then it's on Zeke no matter who did it.

I’m just not sure it was intentional. Yes this is more serious. I shouldn’t be joking about it. I can only imagine the pain suffering the woman is going through
Intentional? The dogs were loose. Intentional is irrelevant.

No. If she gets more than 30k over the medical expenses than it is as frivolous as lawsuits get. Someone wants to get paid and sees an opportunity to do so. The moment you start using "mental anguish" over this is the moment I stop seeing you as a victim and start seeing you as someone who wants to shake down someone for some money so you never have to work again.

Apparently not the first dog problem he has had.
