What a stupid response.
Back at ya. Until it's your child who gets killed, then it's not so stupid. Unfortunately, some of us have the ability to see the whole pic and some don't. However, throwing insults make you look really bad.

No. If she gets more than 30k over the medical expenses than it is as frivolous as lawsuits get. Someone wants to get paid and sees an opportunity to do so. The moment you start using "mental anguish" over this is the moment I stop seeing you as a victim and start seeing you as someone who wants to shake down someone for some money so you never have to work again.
And she is getting paid..

It is such a freaking cliche. Professional sports players have to have big dangerous breeds. Its like it checks off the im the boss ego and im still the same dude from my old neighborhood.
He probably doesn't even pay much attention to these dogs. Its an ego thing. It pisses me off that this stuff seems to only happen to kids and old people. I pray every day that someones dog would attack me so i could break it in half and get my 2 cents in griping on the news.

Zeke if your agent is reading this, go by a small breed dog. Thats about all you can handle buddy until you grow up at least.

You realize famous professional athletes are away from home a lot and have lots of expensive things there? Having dogs that protect the house and deter people from whatever nefarious actions they have in mind is almost a must. Not to mention loved ones may be there alone a lot and its a huge target, especially when everyone knows the exact dates when the owner is out of town.

Apparently not the first dog problem he has had.

Which means nothing without the details. That's my point. I'm not defending Zeke at all but I'm also not going to jump to bash him when for all we know, this lady showed up to service the pool and let herself in the backyard without checking for dogs or alerting anyone she was there. I simply want to know exactly what happened before I defend or condemn Zeke.

Lol yeah it's not the 70s anymore. You don't need those types of dogs to protect your property. Most of these guys live in gated communities or condos. With cameras and security everywhere.

Good thing he had those dogs protecting against that lady..

Yes and all that money and expensive things with dogs to protect it comes with responsibility. I want to see the whole story to see if this girl is on a money grab. It happened in March. And it’s happened before. Let’s me know he don’t keep a eye on or have his family or employee keep a eye on them. Won’t have to worry about them anymore. They will be put down.

And its not for you to tell someone else what they need or want to protect their house and family or what type of dog they are allowed to have for whatever reason they choose.

My mom has a chihuahua that is about 10 pounds overweight and hates everyone who enters the house.
Far meaner than my pits but you know they are so small they aren't doing much but nipping and making noise.
My buddy has a chihuahua. That dog hates other animals of any kind, including anything that pops up on the tv screen. He is fearless and will charge on sight my 1 year old German Shepherd. It's comical watching the tiny old dog ferociously trying to run off the young, playful, big dog.

I agree on the responsibility part but its on her if no one knew she was there. I have a pool and the service people are famous for just showing up and going in the yard to do their thing. Most will alert you they are there if they see the dog but I've had them be 4 hours late and just go in. They were lucky I have a Lab that just wants you to throw his ball.

Zeke, and anybody else, has a right to won whatever dog they choose.

But with that, they have a responsibility to ensure that those dogs are not a danger to others, especially on their property.

And this is not Zeke's first dog incident, from what I understand

Has he had even 1 quiet offseason? Tony Pollard may end up RB1. With running the offense thru Coop, Gallup and Cee Dee Lamb, I'm not so sure we need a bellcow RB anymore. IJS

* Some of them dogs can zip stitch a feller to shreds , even after you'd slid the 8" commando blade tween their ribs in a ground grapple,,, just saying / been there .

How we know he didn't .......this is why I said, let's wait and hear Zeke side of what happened.
Zeke has to have signs posted visibly saying "Beware of dogs." Or some such warning. Otherwise he has liability if not posted.

With Dak, he moved the dog from the property out to the country as I recall.

It's all a raw deal all around.

I love dogs but mine died last year from a dog attack at a dog park. Had her 10 years and she got infections from the bites. Her attacker It was a pitbull. My Golden Retriever was a family companion.

But people being injured is a different matter. I hope the person recovers and this ends well. The dogs probably need a new home and to be separated.

I don’t think that’s the way the law is gonna look at this. They should for sure call before they show up. With it happening to the last pool guy it’s gonna be looked at different I think.
