So Zeke isn’t responding to the dog attack, he’s responding to someone wishing that it was their relative who had been attacked, so they could get a payoff.
In context Zeke’s tweet is reasonable.
Out of context it looks like he is blaming the victim.

The context of his response appears to imply ....she know the lawsuit to untrue ( to say " mam you are sad" ). I will say if everything happened as stated, I would think we could trace something with police and/or animal authorities involvement. Maybe it's too soon....but with a lawsuit already filed, it's hard to say.
