Police were involved with Dak's dog attack.........

Dog bite would be a civil issue.
Regardless if they were involved or not, they wouldn’t arrest him for the dog bite. Dog bites are civil issues not criminal.

8-8 and missed the playoffs. Didn’t show up in the season finale for the 2nd straight year. He was on the milk carton until this incident.
He's not the QB if you didn't know who are the leaders of any offense ....sorry man you missed again!:omg:

Police were called, so police got involved. They probably took statements from any parties of interest and left. It's possible they even asked to see the dogs, so they could give a somewhat informed opinion as to the nature of the beasts. None of that means charges were filed though.

Here's the post that started this ............

Remember...........like I said, every story has 2 sides (LOL)

We reached out to the Frisco Police Dept. over the allegations ... and a spokesperson said animal services did respond to an incident at Elliott's home on March 11, but the spokesperson says no criminal charges were filed.

And AV response........

So Zeke isn’t responding to the dog attack, he’s responding to someone wishing that it was their relative who had been attacked, so they could get a payoff.

In context Zeke’s tweet is reasonable.

Out of context it looks like he is blaming the victim.
"Blaming the victim," as it is too often used, is a terrible phrase. A blight on humanity. It assumes that the person making a claim is a victim.

Also, Zeke's comment wouldn't be blaming the victim. It is not him saying that something happened that is her fault. It would be simply disagreeing with the claim made and adding what he thinks about someone using a false claim to take money from someone else.

Here is a better one that is specific to Texas. I guess there can be charges if it is proven he knew the dog was dangerous. I stand corrected. Dog bites in Texas typically amount to absolutely nothing since there isn’t strict liability and you have the one bite rule to where dog owners are rarely held accountable civilly either.

Zeke should have just stayed off of Twitter.
