This very well could be the case but we’re speculating like we do with everything on this site and given zeke’s previous history it’s fair to think he’s an idiot and MAY be liable.

Believe it or not, I’m actually 50/50 on this because of exactly what you said but until proven otherwise we’ll sit here and ponder. I’m sure it will all get swept under the rug either way, like everything else he’s done. One of these days though, it will catch up to him and I’ll laugh and laugh and laugh.
Being that it’s apparently happened before JJ may be able to sweep it under the rug in the media but her lawyers won’t. Unless its a total set up for a money grab then it’s gonna be hard to keep those pups from being put down. But we are not millionaire superstars. If she had to have surgery then there is dog bite for sure.

And that right there is the problem.
Not a problem. Its benefiting them if they stay silent. A lot of people have been foolishly speaking when they either have nothing to say or they say something that they should've kept in closed doors. Its resulted in their lives being ruined or them getting fired. I personally hope everyone continues to be vocal so they can continue to expose themselves but some are smartening up and shutting up.

Always something with this dude.
I’ve met him in person and I’ve never met a more unlikeable human being & I’ve met thousands and thousands of people (I was one of the top 100 Honda salesmen in the nation) & I have a big family and once had a lot of friends lol.

I’ve literally heard this same thing from several people, along with “he’s a huge dbag” or something similar.

true it's too early to cast blame but Zeke has history and taking an early stance against is due to Zeke's lack of good faith collateral.

get your Tony Pollard jersey ready...just in case
*** ever dude what his dog did doesnt effect his football status especially with not knowing the entire story and even then its his DOG that he wasn't there when the incident happened.,., Maybe Mike Vick should chime in..lmao

Hmmmm .......not sure how to read this it appears he's saying she got nothing. Either way....interesting.

Zeke said "Sad that people would rather sue and try to take someone’s money than respectfully go earn their money."

Uh Zeke, she was trying to earn her own money when YOUR uncontrolled dogs tried to eat her. DUH

The person he said that to wasn’t the person who was bit by his dogs.

Evidently the attack was bad enough that needed surgery. I wonder if he even offered to take care of her medical bills? I'm guessing the claim was tendered to his insurance company who didn't pay.

Just a guess.

Or maybe the insurance company DID pay to cover everything but she and her lawyer are still coming after him because he has deep pockets. Wouldn't blame him for being pissed or his response if that's indeed the case. Of course, those with an ax to grind against him surely aren't ever going to consider that angle which is why you haven't seen it in this thread. Even "don't pay players anything" crew members are in here trying to pile on, lol.

It is not the end of story because you don’t know the facts. Suppose she came to service the pool at a different time or on a different day than she was supposed to and didn’t alert anyone. Suppose she just went in the yard without checking for dogs. There are numerous scenarios that could be what actually happened that would put her 100% at fault. If whoever was at home knew she was there and the dogs got out, then yes, it’s on Zeke but we don’t have the details yet so we don’t know that he is at fault for anything.
His dogs, his house. He hired someone to come to his house and perform a service and they were attacked. Yes, he should be liable.

I remember here in NC several years ago, a dancer screamed that the dook lacrosse team raped her. Heck not knowing the case, I agreed with her because I hate dook that much. Even the DA for durham county decided against the players and backed her word without looking into it (cost him his job). Everyone was against those guys and we saw how that ended.
