It's anyone's guess who might win a spot but ideally if both did, it would be great.

The competition could well be what both of them need to get their game together.

Of course, there's really a chance that won't happen. If so, may the best man win.

Draft reports have no bearing whatsoever with how he showed up to Dallas and performed. He had numerous red flag issues last year and then played like he didn’t have a clue or didn’t care. That’s not a false fan narrative. We all saw his play on the field. He didn’t have a high motor. He was easily blocked and ended up on the ground away from the play a lot of the time. For the last time, he totally sucked as a rookie for the Dallas Cowboys and no amount of pre draft write ups, statements from who knows who, or twisted logic from you can change that but by means, go down with the ship. I’m waiting on your next topic discussing how much better Quincy Carter was than Romo because he started 7 games as a rookie.

It's mostly semantics anyway trying to distinguish between "attitude issues" and maturity issues. It's basically the same thing but if some want to hair split over that, I guess that's what they are going to do.

The facts are simple. Hill had some maturity issues last year. Multiple beat writers pointed this out. We know of two incidents where he showed a lack of maturity. We have the head coach saying in a live press conference that he needs to grow and become more of a professional. It's pretty clear there were issues between Hill and the coaching staff last year. Awful, terrible issues beyond repair? Of course not. The kid needs to mature (maybe he has already) and take himself and this more seriously if he wants to reach his potential. There's nothing wrong or inaccurate in making that statement.

I really don't understand what xwalker is even trying to prove at this point.

  • It is comical that the majority of fans like or love the Gallimore pick but hated the Hill pick.
  • Based strictly on game footage, they are very similar players in many ways.
    • Both are very quick and projected as 3tech pass rushing type DTs but both played more snaps in college at the 1tech or 0tech spots.
  • Both played somewhat opposite of the general style of players aligned at their positions (specific to their final college seasons).
    • Gallimore played a 3tech pass rushing style while most often aligning as a 1tech.
    • Hill was moved to 3tech in his final college season but played more of a 1 or 0 tech style.
I think Gallimore will be a far better player than Hill. I think character has a lot to do with it.

@Sydla he's trying to prove he is the smartest guy in the room. That he knows everything and noone especially if you disagree with him has a clue what you are talking about.

I didn’t like hill pick mostly because there were better players on the board
But gallimore isn’t as naturally talented as hill
But he’s a effort player
hills issues aren’t about talent
It’s about effort

xwalker once tried to claim 55 was 150% more than 37.

He literally would not own up to his mistake as if math is a matter of opinion.

I’ve got 1,000+ examples of him denying his mistakes.

Yes, liar, I will post the link to prove you lie and can't do simple percentages.

Its post 53 of this link:

Notice I’m talking about you. I’m not making the claim.
This is another lie. You tried to mock him by saying @xwalker "Still thinks 55 is 150% of 37".

And it took you weeks to figure it out.

Notice that you still can't do the percentages. You are trying to mock someone for a true statement.

Remember the time you said 74 was 100% of 37?

Lulz, I've already demonstrated you're lying in trying to attribute that to me when I was talking about you, so feel free to now show me where I said "74 was 100% of 37."

You've got endless lies, but I've got the actual posts.

Have you considered counseling?

If you read his posts, more than half are posting to me like a stalker.

And yet you jumped in this thread to respond to my post.

Liar, hypocrite, and coward.

That’s called the Ranch Cucamonga trifecta where you’re from.
