Is it time for a new sub-zone for this type of thread?

The Overtime Zone serves that purpose now but when it's the off-season, dead horse topics are going to get posted and reposted and moving all of them to another forum is really pointless as its not like they are stealing thread space away from other threads because ti's the slow period of the year.

True, there's not much to talk about at present!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i would vote No , there are not that many, and no one is forced to read any of those, so just scroll on by.
Sometimes the angle is interesting , if it isnt I just shut that tab lol.

Isn't that the point though? For those of us tired of Dak thread's, it would be far easier to avoid 'his' zone than click on numerous threads to see which are or are not about his situation.

Yes this is very true - just doesn't matter to me as I think I'm still traumatized from all those Romo threads I had to read. ; ). I see Dak in the title and I'm skipping it...

There needs to be a Dak bashing zone so as not to muck up the board with trolls. Not sure why a Cowboys fan forum thinks they need 10 threads bashing Dak on the main board.

This idea has been brought up many times with no response.

Or they could just move the overly ridiculous threads to the drama zone.

If everyone agreed, it would be really boring here!

That said, if it continues once the season starts, we will likely move a lot of the general Dak opinion threads to the Overtime Zone.

For now, they are not hurting anything other than maybe adding a little more scrolling and additional discussions to the slow off-season news period.

How about just moving the overly ridiculously negative and troll threads to the Drama zone as not to muck up the main board? Its the same culprits every time so it wouldn't be difficult to moderate.

I hear ya but remember revenue from advertisers is driven by traffic. And Dak discussions is generating the most traffic.

It will be more controlled during the season. There really isn’t many more hot topics to discuss except for the one that already has its own forum.

Right. There’s really only 2 hot topics. Dak and the other one already has its own forum.

The other slightly Lukewarm topic is Zeke’s latest distraction. That’s about it.

I love hot topics so if I’m not out there in the middle of something you know it’s slow. Lol

I’ve had 6 post all week up until today. That has to be like all time low for me. Not many in recent weeks. Not much to talk about but Dak.

Maybe we could have 2 new forums and put them in competition for the most threads.

New Forum 1: @Bobhaze and @Redball Express threads.

New Forum 2: Dak threads.
