Will this be a bounce back year for Zeke Elliott?

If the Dallas Cowboys have a winning season and a balanced attack I really don't care about individual stats..Just win baby.

Dude had 1300 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 54 receptions, 2 receiving touchdowns. Bounce back from what an excellent season?
Compare to 1631 rushing yards, 15 touchdowns, 32 receptions 363 yards and a touchdown in 2016 while being sat down the final 1.5 games of the season.

Some fans aren’t satisfied with pretty good when the possibility of greatness exists. I am unapologetically one of them.

Not sure what he bounces back from or why some think he had a bad season? 1800 yards from scrimmage 4.5 average per carry and 14 tds if that's a down year I don't know what else expectations are?

Lack of big plays has been discussed, but not too concerned.

Its like having the best punter or kicker in the league, the Raiders did it.
Yes the RB position is more important than any kicker, but marginally.
Zeke is a luxury pick, he makes this running game less of a headache, that is all.
Can be replaced easily, with proper drafting, but Zeke takes away a headache, rather than trying to replace one player with 3.
So just enjoy the luxury ride,, Jerry learned yet another lesson in his advanced age.
Never pay a 2nd contract to any running back, ever.
How do you Rationalize that the talent Zeke possesses is common place.

You say it as a matter of fact. Your delusional.

No worries, as soon as Dalton becomes QB the defensive pressure that has plagued Zeke will be leviated.

And the Glory year of 2016 will be replicated.

Zeke didn't have a terrible year by any means, but not the type of all-pro season we are used to. His long holdout did affect him earlier on in the season, but I believe the offensive becoming from of a passing attack led to Zeke having smaller numbers. As the passing offense continues to improve, it will only help Zeke see less players in the box on a given play. Opposing teams are still game planning on making Dak beat them and containing Zeke at all costs. With all the weapons now, that may be far more difficult.

Exactly. We need our superstars to actually be superstars. We don’t need them to be not bad, pretty good, not the problem, etc. We need them to maximize their potential and, IMO, Zeke has not done that.

If Zeke has a year like last year, and Dak plays like he did in the 1st half of last year. The defense actually looks like a defense. The ST's, if they improve 50% will will seem like 200%, and the OL comes together with the possible changes at C & maybe LG.

As long as we win games and get to the playoffs. Then everyone will have a bounce back season.

But if those things come together, Zeke and Dak should have better seasons.

Oh, we do have better coaching. That helps. :)

If your a casual fan.
You need to be much more then simply a "Casual Fan" to see the glaring defects & weaknesses in Zeke's game. . .

No, you must be a DAK FAN in order to see the way Zeke hampers Lord Dak & the Cowboys

Dak wasn’t supposed to be a superstar. He was supposed to be a JAG but has over-performed. Cowboys fans expect more from JAGs than they do from their stars. And let me guess, you’re not a Dak hater, are you?

Dalton becomes QB? If you had any credibility, it just vanished.

Dak had plenty of good games in the 2nd half of the season.
