Netflix has new episodes of Unsolved Mysteries on now. I really liked watching them when I was younger with Robert Stack. It's the same series minus a host now. If you've got a shot attention span like me these short mysteries are fun to watch.

I've only watched the first episode and it is a bizarre story. How did the guy end up where he did and how could his phone and glasses not have any damage?

Kind of like the guy investigating a certain Arkansas governer who ended up with two bullet holes in the back of the head but whose death was booked as a suicide.
:lmao:

Or the attorney gathering data on same who was decapitated after falling to sleep on a railroad track.
:muttley:

And more, and more , and more ,and more

They could do a great series on deaths "associated" with that bunch...and possibly including the recent one in a max security prison that we are all aware of.

Would be riveting.

Watching Hannah, on Amazon Prime. Halfway through S1;E4 - Fantastic show.
I waited to start it until I knew they were doing a 2nd season and I like it, got through 5 last night. Don't know the whole story on "Daddy" yet but that's one tough sob.

I usually wait until I know they're going to commit to another season. I have friends that are still pissed at that show with Kelsey Grammar as the Mayor that didn't get renewed and evidently it was left hanging. That would be like cancelling The Fugitive before he found the one armed man. Or the other side of that is actually finishing Lost. I know people that are still pissed at Abrams for that ending.

I think Hanna is a cross between Dark Angel and Black Widow, without the campiness of the former or the hotness of either.

I think I like S1 better, but S2 is good to too.

The Show Must Go On, Netflix. The story of the reforming of Queen with Adam Lambert and a lot of it was new to me as I've never watched American Idol other than YouTube clips. I don't think Freddy Mercury would want anyone other than this guy to reunite his band. He's not Freddy but he's got that flamboyant bigger than life persona to front that band. And a voice that comes close to Freddy's in range.
I saw them last year in Tampa. It was a great show. Lambert nailed it too. Freddy would be proud...

I was blown away by him and impressed with his humility while being a showman. It was nice to see someone truly appreciate their moment and realize what came before them.

Just started watching Warrior Nun on Netflix. After 2 episodes, I like it. It's dark, but funny, like Buffy.

Just finished Season 1 of Warrior Nun. Every episode was better than the previous one. Unfortunately, there's only one season so far, but I very little doubt there won't be another one. I'm actually pretty upset there's no more to watch yet.

Thought it was OK.

If you liked that you might like The Old Guard movie currently on Netflix

Greyhound, Apple, 9/10, was as good a military/war film as I've seen at setting the scene to pull you in to even have a feel for naval combat. Hanks and the cast were great and the tension seldom lets up and my neck was sore after watching it. The filming of this was exemplary and I hope they do get it into the theaters because it will get some nominations.

I agree with Hank's disappointment at this not making it to the theater as it was meant for the big screen. This is the best movie I have seen on a streamer yet, although it was meant to be a theatrical release. I will watch it again this weekend and hope they put it out on BluRay to add to the collection.

I've been seeing similar reviews for The Outpost based off Jake Tapper's book about the Afghan War.
