It was Dak’s team supposedly this year... Who said Tannehil was a GREAT QB... You guys are proving the point. What would Dak’s record be on Miami?

How many yards would Zeke have run for in Miami?

You just can’t do it.

Why should I admit he sucked in a game where he had limited carries and Dak was throwing INTs for TDs all day long... there are much better samples..

What exactly have you won here? Isn’t he supposed to be better than Henry, who pretty much, like I’ve said for about the hundredth time a HOF year and playoff performance? Well if Zeke is better, that means he must leap tall buildings and fly... Forget the fact Zeke has performed more consistently for four years and has more mileage on him..

OK, you win..

I don’t know, but Dak would have probably been benched after a couple games. How did Dak do when Zeke was suspended for 6 games or he didn’t have Cooper and the offense was “Dak-friendly”?

Nobody wins differences of opinions. I can at least call a spade a spade. You refuse to.

Nope, you aren’t calling a spade a spade.. Zeke and Henry are the best backs in the league. Nobody is disparaging Henry.

LOL...……...Dak, Dak Dak. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

Dak was 4-3 without the great Zeke. And that was with a bum defense and Garrett as the HC.

Dak was 4-3 without Zeke.

3 of his wins came against Commanders, Giants and Raiders, teams in absolute disaster. He couldn’t even put up 10 points against the three winning teams he played against and got blown out.

Half his yardage came on an 80 yard TD on a five yard dump off to Rod Smith and a 5 yard dump off to Beasley that turned into a fifty yard gain against the disaster that was the Giants. Dak was floundering around for quarters against these bums and they almost lost to the Raiders, because Carr missed the pylon.

That statement couldn't be farther from the truth. Some people back their opinions with credible evidence and some people look silly with none.

Humble would be, "He's just saying that!", which I'm sure Emmitt was. Mind you, I think Zeke is an exceptional RB, and while I think he needs to grow up, I don't dislike him. I don't particularly like him either. I'm waiting to see whether I like him or not.

Also, I'm not one of those who brought up his whole career. The one thing I mentioned was Emmitt's separated shoulder game in comparison to Zeke's lack of stamina.

Other than that, I cited that fact that Emmitt didn't enter the league running behind the best OL in the league.

I think it's probably true that teams were built to stop the run in Emmitt's day, more than they are now.

All in all, trying to compare the two isn't going to work.

In what way is "honored he 'believes' that" not a "he's just saying that" type of statement? It's not a confirmation of what Emmitt said at all. Not only that but he follows it up with "I have a lot to prove." If he thought he was better, what would he have to prove? You're usually fairly even-minded but come on. I'm not saying people even need to like Zeke but this is clearly a case of not wanting to see humility at all no matter what he says.

Dak was awful without Zeke.. Dak struggled in all their wins against teams that were disasters and in way worse conditions than the Cowboys.. and he got blown out by every winning team he played and he couldn’t put up even ten points..

He threw for 93 yards against the Commanders, who were awful. They scored 6, 7, 9 against the Chargers, Eagles and Falcons..

It is still just a difference of opinions, and very few will change their opinion, if any at all.

I like Zeke from a skill standpoint but 10 times out of 10 times I take Emmitt. I still also think Zeke is the key to Dak's success and to the Cowboys success .

Emmitt was the complete back, from skills to longevity. His vision was impecable and he could do it all.
