Is it time for a uniform change?

It was thrown where an NFL receiver should catch it. It wasn’t perfect, which is the new standard for some of our fanbase since 2016.
It looked to me like he threw it right on target, but T.O. started running to his (T.O.'s) right. I think only the most hateful would even try to blame Dak for a throw like that.

Check out the interception at 21 seconds. Dak is blamed for that because it was slightly behind Cooper. That’s how critical people have been with Dak. We just never micro-analyzed ball placement with Romo like it is with Dak.

Not a great throw, but should've been caught, I agree.

Some teams have such iconic uniforms going back decades that they should never change them other than minor tweaking. The Cowboys are one of them. Same thing with the Packers, the Bears, the Vikings, the Chiefs, and the 49ers. At one point, the Vikings STUPIDLY went with those Denver Broncos-style stripes on the side of their pants, though I believe they got rid of them. It's great to watch old footage of your team and see the uniforms looking essentially the same.

The Cowboys should just make a few minor tweaks.
1. Get rid of the green tint in the home pants. That's no longer needed. It's a holdover from when it made them look better on older TV sets that we no longer use today.
2. Go back to using grey numbers on the dark blue away jerseys that they used in the late 80s and early 90s. Those were better than the white ones.
3. This one is a maybe -- I could go either way -- but we could put a little patch on the side of the pants with the player's number like they did for a while in the 80s. That was okay and I could live with it, but wouldn't die without it either.

Once negative comments start coming, it's oftentimes the kiss of death here. Getting out of that doghouse can take forever.

That style pictured at the end of page one, with the star on the shoulder was awesome!

I'd definitely be in favor of returning to that look. Loved having that star on the shoulder!

We get this same post how many times a year? There is nothing wrong with the Boyz uniform, it's a classic.

Gotta be honest, I'm tired of the regular white uniforms with silver pants or whatever color it is. Very bland.

Wish the team would make change it up and go back to the throwback uniforms (the ones for Thanksgiving games) for good.

Those white helmets with the deep blue star would be the best helmet in the league. And the white pants and predominantly blue jerseys are classics.

Maybe slightly modernize them for a new look but don't change much.

P.s. look at that interception at 12:15.

That's why Romo isn't going into the hall of fame.

I am all for adding another option to the classic uni. The white out uni, stinks. They were selling Black Jerseys a while back. I have a Roy Williams 31, I'd like to see them incorporate that jersey into the rotation..

this jersey is hands down, the best. Add todays helmet style and pants, and it would be perfect.

Can’t believe anyone would like the huge double star that Roadtrip posted....BTW, the american flag is too busy...there, I said it.

The whole uni that rayman just posted looks like it was made by Hutch...and sold at Oshmans Outlet locations

I prefer these as well over the updated version of the 90s (shown on Troy and Emmitt earlier in the thread).

The NFL has missed on this marketing opportunity. I believe they stopped the uniform alternatives because of something to do with helmet safety.

When I saw the replay I immediately thought the comment was tongue in cheek.

I agree that Dak has been blamed for interceptions that in my opinion should have been caught, I just think that isn't a good example. A good example was the Cobb non catch at the 4 yard line in one game.

The pass at 21 seconds looked like Dak fired it in to Cooper where he could only get one hand on the ball behind him. Not a good pass at all. It was coming in too hot for Cooper to make any catchable adjustment.

He was being sarcastic, but also making the point that some people think a good quarterback always hits the receiver exactly in the best spot.

Paradox avatar is my 2nd favorite blue uniforms after the darker pants and blue uniforms worn during the SB loss to colts. Would not have a problem going back to either, which is better than what we wear now.
