If a Dak deal isn't reached

We just had a QB who put up numbers like Dak has. In the end if the team doesn’t have anymore success he will be bashed in similar fashion.

Unless you enjoy the same frustrations and disappointments more with Dak than Romo which would simply punctuate the slobbering.
Things should improve with a new staff. We may have some growing pains and this will be a weird year anyways. But I expect this will no longer be a team experimenting and developing a HC.

If Dak moves on, he'll have a career similar to Jim McMahon or Wade Wilson toward the end of their careers.
He would get a nice contract on a team no where as talented as ours. And lose some of his endorsements.

If Dallas moves on he will be remembered as the Cinderella 4th round bargain that turned into a greedy, selfish Sob that tried to bankrupt the salary cap.

And he moves on to another team are we going to have threads essentially blaming the "haters and trolls" and will the Dak supporters have open arms and support for the next guy? As ridiculous as these questions are I have to wonder based on what I've seen.
Dak will play under the Franchise Tag in 2020.

The Cowboys can use the Franchise Tag again in 2021 and 2022.

If Dak went to another team the haters would just find another player to target. Some people are just negative and look for anything to complain about.

Dak is far from a perfect QB, but he's much better than some on here claim him to be.

Dak would play this season on the tag and we'd start this process all over again next year. Both sides could resume discussing a long term extension then, and the Cowboys also would have the option to franchise Dak a second time, if needed, to ensure he stayed in Dallas for 2021.

However, projections say the qb franchise tag would inch closer to $40 million next year. He won't be moving on to another team. No worries.

I am a Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys QB, Dallas Cowboy supporter. But, not supporting your 3 time Pro Bowl, no losing season winning QB the last 4 years (starting as a rookie), and your current playoff winning QB for your Dallas Cowboys makes it strange for you to ask if we will support the next guy? When will you support your guy who is quarterbacking your Dallas right now? That is the question....

Support him all you want. We will never go to a SB with Dak under center. He doesn’t have it between the ears.

GL with that bud LOL....
P.S.No way they can afford those tags in 21-22 unless they gut out the team of talent and believe in Prescott.:muttley:

It’s not about hating. Or supporting. It’s having a guy behind center that can win football games. And Prescott is a winner. Who knows it’s going to happen afterwards

Lmao. That’s actually one of his biggest attributes. You must be talking about Jared Goff he’s the guy that can’t read a defense

It’s actually cheaper for the team to pay him to tag twice then to give them a deal. So you’re wrong again buddy

The first part, assuredly, despite the absurdity of thinking that this forum matters to anyone on the team.

We just had a QB who put up numbers like Dak??? When? How long ago, Greg? Does your Romo slobbering mind forget it was 2014, 6 years ago, the last time we had a QB who put up numbers like Dak? And that's because Romo wasn't even drafted. It was pure luck Romo saved the day for years to come for Jerry.

So tell me, other than Troy being the #1 overall pick back in 1999 and Dak being a compensatory late 4th round pick which the Cowboys reluctantly drafted after 3 previous rounds other QBs drafting attempts, which other QBs have the Cowboys drafted that have turned up into very good franchise QBs? I'll wait while you finish your Romo slobbering (even though he's been retired for over 3 years now)...

Sorry boy but you can’t disqualify Romo cause he wasn’t drafted.

And your man love over Dak stemming from your hate of Romo has me confused for a Romo lover who didn’t lead our franchise any further than Dak has.

But that’s your only angle in attempting to discredit my message. Slobbering Dak fans are becoming as bad as the Romophobia .
